Hotel Casa Trafalgar Barcelona

Perfect Location, Safe Area, and Wonderful Staff

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Trafalgar in February. The hotel has a very charming and cozy atmosphere, and the location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. The area also felt very safe, which made it even more enjoyable to walk around and discover the city. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made our experience even better. We truly felt welcomed and relaxed during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Casa Trafalgar to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will gladly return in the future!!!

Pros: Great simple (not in a bad way) rooms for a decent price. Easy to get to from the airport using various means of transport. Within walking distance of a number of different locations in Barcelona. Free water and coffee etc. Very helpful staff. Excellent would recommend.

Great place in the heart of the city

Pros: Extremely well located place, within walking distance to either public transport stations or main attractions. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: If staying on the 1st floor (where the common area with snacks and water is) it can be a bit loud specifically during early morning

Great hotel!

Pros: Perfect location, near all public transportation you will need or walking by foot, but still not too crowded. A nice coffee shop nearby for breakfast. Meticulous cleaning, large towels changed almost everyday, good soap, shampoo and conditioner (even body lotion), hair drier. Small room but has really everything you need. Small balcony with a chair. It is very nice they provide water and a refrigerator to keep your food should you want to. The staff was really nice. The reception operates between 8-16 and you can contact them by whatsapp. There is a code for the front door opening. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons: I asked for a room on a higher floor long before my arrival but still got room on the first floor. The room was by the elevator which was very noisy so I could hear everyone come and go. Also the first floor has the coffee machine and snacks and you can hear people coming there too. Also you can feel the metro below. So not for light sleepers. The room is a bit dark as there are lamps just beside the bed, but that didn't bother me. The thing I think should be fixed is the lighting above the mirror in the bathroom because it is very dark to make up. There is a bar downstairs so if you open the door of the balcony there is a smell of fried food. The water flow in the shower is really low, other than that great shower, hot water, clean, has a full closing door.

Pros: Location, location, location, just a short walk from Placa de Catalunya, ideal for exploring Barcelona. Friendly and helpful staff, complementary teas, coffee, water and sweet treats. Very clean room & comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff. On the first floor there is a place with free water, coffee/tea, milk and pastries- available anytime. Everyday cleaning. Towels were changed once in 2 days. Easy check in, easy check out. Nice view from the balcony.

Cons: Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the drain. And for us there wasn't enough light in the room.

Pros: The location is the best! Also, room was clean and staff was very kind. If I come to Barcelona sometime again, for sure I know where to stay :)
