Nice place....

Pros: Wonderful Staff, beautifully dining area, secure parking. Welcoming of our little dog. Would stay again.

Cons: Although the bed was comfortable the room was very cold with very thin summer duvet. Increasing the thermostat made little difference.

Highly recommended.

Pros: The hotel was clean and tidy. Other than the chap dressed in grey, who was a bit officious and was only there for two days anyway, the rest of the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They were brilliant. The village of Alella is a short walk away and the beaches are only a short car ride away.

Cons: The WiFi in our room was poor, though I have to say that the staff did their utmost to sort the issue despite their tech chappy being on holiday.

A fabulous hotel, a short walk to a picturesque village

Pros: It’s beautiful! The staff are polite and friendly, the whole place is immaculate and comfortable.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was hit and miss, also not fast enough to use my phone to download anything. I can’t comment on the Wi-Fi in the conference rooms, which is separate. However, the staff quickly asked the maintenance team to look at the issue.

Perfect!

Pros: It wasn’t too big, very quiet, the pool is lovely and the rooms very clean. Beds extremely comfortable.

Cons: Nothing! It was great. It’s a 20 min walk to the nearest train station which is maybe the only downside. Especially in hot weather. €15/€20 taxi each way. But it’s worth being a bit further out to get such a quiet and lovely hotel.

Outstanding place to stay

Pros: Lovely staff, very helpful, beautiful room, excellent breakfast

Cons: Unfortunately there was no hot water on the night but as we arrived late it wasn't a big problem and the receptionist offered us free breakfast, which was a lovely gesture

Pros: 10/10 Amazing staff, wonderful facilities, rooms were neat and spacious. Shops within walking distance.

Cons: The restaurant was a bit understaffed but very kind and hardworking nonetheless

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday and city break in one!

Pros: It was beautiful, well kept, peaceful but with a great atmosphere. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, the bus stop is right outside an only takes 20 mins to get to the centre of Barcelona. Extremely clean and lovely room. Amazing hotel overall. We loved our time here!

Good, calm choice close to Barcelona

Pros: Very nice option for a getaway, close to the city. The hotel has with great facilities, including a magnificent garden to chill out. Breakfast was nice and bedrooms are comfortable.

Cons: General status of the hotel feels a bit charmless to be a labelled boutique hotel. Staff was ok but but check in process was a bit slow.
