Expérience qui m’a rappelé mon jeune temps où les voyages étaient peut-être moins confortables mais tout autant sympathi

Pros: Tout d’abord Marc est un hôte exceptionnel qui fait le maximum pour que nous soyons à l’aise, il nous a même permis de changer de chambre pour la dernière nuit afin d’avoir 2 lits simples! L’emplacement de la guest House est juste idéal, près de la plage, de la gare, de quelques restaurants et autres commerces…

Cons: Un résident fumait dans les toilettes, ce qui est particulièrement désagréable alors qu’il y avait des affichages à différents endroits. La cuisine n’est pas toujours parfaitement nettoyée par certains voyageurs mais Marc n’est pas responsable.

Pros: A pochi metri dal centro di Pineda e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Staff molto disponibile e accogliente. Il titolare Marc ha anche acquistato un adattatore per la presa elettrica, permettendoci di usare un carica batterie non compatibile con le prese spagnole. Cucina molto attrezzata e dotata di vari elettrodomestici utili, come asciugatrice, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La stanza con il bagno privato è dotata di un armadio molto spazioso. Il letto è comodo.

Cons: È difficile trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Nella stanza con il bagno privato non ci sono finestre e il ventilatore non basta a raffrescare la stanza nelle notti più calde. Dovendo condividere la cucina con gli altri ospiti della struttura, purtroppo a volte si trova sporca a causa dell'inciviltà altrui, ma per fortuna lo staff la pulisce ogni giorno.

Pros: Вітаю!Все було чудово!Власник привітний,з щирою посмішкою.Вибрали спочатку кімнату зі спільним душем,але потім домовилися щоб мати окрему вбиральню,і це досить була хороша кімната,в якій було тихо і спокійно.Дуже вдячна👍Все як на фото.Поруч дитяча площадка,магазин Капрадо,де хороші ціни,і спокійний квартал.

Cons: Було б добре,щоб був кондиціонер в кімнатах,щоб осушувалося,охолоджувалося.Але є вентилятори і це теж досить зручно.

A Lovely Stay

Pros: I liked the owner, Marc, who cares about his guests and was available for concerns they might have. His house was his parents' and he has done a great job mixing the old with the new to make a comfortable and cozy stay for short/long stays? He can accommodate solo, groups, or families. ( large kitchen to cook own meals!). I also liked the location in center of town close to everything...grocery stores and bus/ train.

Cons: Some people complained about noise (thin walls in Spain) and clutter when it rains and people smoke in outside patio, but there are other spaces to hangout, dining area and living room with comfortable chairs and large tv.

Ideal para desconectar lejos de la ciudad

Pros: Pasé 3 días en el guest house y la verdad fue súper bien todo. Marc fue muy amable desde el check in y siempre estuvo disponible si necesitaba algo. El lugar está bien cuidado, a solo 10min caminando de la estación de tren t la playa. La cocina está súper equipada, los baños se mantienen casi siempre limpios y las habitaciones estaban bien cuidadas y con estufa para las noches que ya eran algo frescas.

Cons: Todo me ha gustado y sin duda volvería a hospedarme allí. Pineda de Mar es súper lindo y recomiendo visitarlo si quieren un destino más tranquilo no muy alejado de Barcelona.

Pros: El hostel está muy bien. Cercanía con el administrador. Son muy amables y aceptan propuestas de mejora! Están atentos si se necesita algo. A pesar de ser un albergue me dieron dos toallas, y tenía TV en el cuarto en la que te podías conectar a Netflix. Los espacios comunes creo que están muy bien, y resulta cómodo. Cerca del transporte, la playa, los supermercados y el centro del pueblo. Se puede ir andando al pueblo de al lado. No sé, todo bien👍
