Pros: the staff and cleanliness was perfect. i had a mishap with an air bnb and never thought of staying in a hostel. but i ended having to book late at night. i told them my story and tgey was exceptional. there is an irish guy who works there and he us a credit to the hola hostel franchise

Pros: My colleague and I were staying at the hostel for 6 night it we felt like at home. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind with anything we needed! The location good but everything is connected with busses and metro closeby. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Our stay was great, I recommend this hostel.

Pros: I liked the staff, they were very friendly. I liked the location, it was easy to reach the center. I liked the fact that we could leave or bags at the hostel until we caught the flight, after the check-out. The 24-hour check-in was great.

Cons: I did not like the hairdryer. On the first day the shower was clogged. There was no wastebasket inside the toilets. The lights were on before 9am.

In and out easy to access metro to airport and bus to andorra

Pros: Very near the metro to the airport and the bus to Andorra. Friendly staff.

Cons: TV was on until 00:00 with repetitive music and could hear it in the room. Bathroom had carpets yuuk

Pros: I liked the privacy each bed had because of the curtain as well as the lockers. The common area was set up quite well and the kitchen was also well equipped. The place was kept very clean as well.

Pros: Everything is great. We spent one night and when we went out, she was with heavy bags, and the employee kindly told us that we could leave the bags with them until we came back and picked them up, and that was a very great service. We will repeat this experience in the future

Pros: Friendly, helpful, could iron my shirt for my work day, and use the common kitchen facility which was clean und easy to use.

Cons: Problem in the dormitory that there were insects on the wall next to the bed. There were like too many. Sheets were washed but not 100% clean. Otherwise good.
