Clean and tidy room
Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. There was shampoo in the bathroom and coffee and tea in the kitchen, it also was very quiet. It was modern and it also had a blow dryer. They began the return of the 200€ deposit as soon as we left. When we told them that the shampoo dispenser did not work, they changed it.
Cons: The bathroom was very small and smelled like sewer, not very much but enough to notice. There was no housekeeping When we asked for more toilet paper, cause we were 4 people, they said they would give us 2 more, but after that we had to buy our own. We had to take our own trash out. and as we had no House keeping, we had no new bag to put inside the empty trash can. The bathroom was very small and had only shower and toilet, the sink was outside in the main room, so no privacy there. There was no one to check us in, all is done via whatsapp. We had to download the app and give the numbers of everyone that wanted to also have a room key for the room, something that only worked for 2 out of 4 people that we were staying there. We worked it out. It was not extremely difficult, but a little annoying.

Pros: The accommodation is very clean. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. There is plenty of room to leave all of your belongings inside of the room. Plenty of light through the big balcony windows. Check In was easy. I had only a slight problem with the room number not being written clearly in the email. Mattress was very comfortable, but it's too madresses and not one large bed.
Cons: Bathroom is partially inside of the room and the walls are made out of not translucent glass. Double bed is actually two single mattresses which makes a sleeping situation for a couple rather uncomfortable and not pleasant.

The premium apartment is very spacious and comfortable - exceeded our expectation!
Pros: No breakfast provided but tea, coffee, sugar provided. Good size kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, fridge, dish washer provided - so it's very convenient, relaxing and enjoyed our simple meal in the kitchen.
Cons: No front desk, couldn't checkin earlier, no access to the building until check-in time, no place to wait, so, be only there after you can gain entry. From cruise port, Helix to the hostel by Uber should be around €19 and to airport about €23 but DOUBLE CHECK the rate again after dropped off because the driver added as much as nearly €6 (airport, Gregory - picked up from the corner)) and had to process for refund.

Pros: Big spacious rooms and bathrooms Big communal areas with facilities you can you to eat at site. (Note no stove to cook but have microwave, coffee/tea, utensils, fridge, kettle etc). Very well equipped. Located in a perfect place to all main sites

Pros: I was in a double room -bank beds . Alone. All was really good. Very efficient! And súper clean! Josep was great and primor to help. The communication through email was convenient, all good.

Better than expected.
Pros: Really good location with bus stop just few steps away. The room is super clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything we need to prepare snacks and meals.
Cons: Nothing.
