Pros: The staff at reception were incredible, extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros: Very good and clean. The reception guy i.met on my arrival was really nice and friendly with great welcome smile.

Cons: The head pillows are too small and light weight and should be improved upon.

Cons: Nothing related to the hostel. Some people in my room were really noisy, others were snoring loudly.

Cons: The step to the upper bed was high and narrow. Towels should have been provided in the price.

Comfortable and reasonable accommodation on a lovely area

Pros: Location is fantastic. 15-20 minutes walk from Rambla and in a very active area with many street restaurants and great food. Room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and there was a great buzz with the other guests.. We will certainly return

Cons: We booked a private room with ensuite but the bathroom was tiny and if you used the shower then whole room was soaking wet. As a result we used the communal showers which were fine. The bathroom also had a very nasty smell which needs attention. It is a lovely venue, our room was next to the communal kitchen where people socialised in the evening, local bars were open till after midnight and people were coming back from clubs at 4am. This did not bother us at all but may be a downside for light sleepers.

Pros: The location was very comfortable, close to subway and bus stations. The kitchen was super helpful and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: The bed curtains were very transparent and shared with the other bed from the bunk. If anyone turned lights on it was very noticeable and it felt less private than other hostels I've visited. I didn't have an adapter when I arrived and I couldn't charge my phone until I bought one. Many places like transport, airports and other hostels have usb ports to charge devices with the cable only. Luggage storage shouldn't be charged. It could be limited to the end of the day but my friend and I just wanted to go have breakfast before our flight and we had to take our luggage to the restaurant. This is the first time a hostel tries to charge for this service.
