Great stay at Barcelona

Pros: We were a family with 2 kids. It was really stunning. The owner of the stay Oscar was really welcoming and friendly. He told us tips where to go and not. The views from the balcony were spectacular. It was 5 min by walk from a station or 10 min by walk from another station. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Cons: If you don't like stairs it has 40 steps to reach your stay but at least it pays for the view afterwards. It has a small shower on the downside.

A cosy stay with beautiful terrace and a host who truly cares

Pros: The apartment is very cozy and clean. One of its highlights is the charming terrace, which we enjoyed every evening as the perfect place to relax after long walks through Barcelona. The location is excellent – the metro station is only a few minutes away, so getting to the city center takes about 15 minutes, making it very convenient for sightseeing. What made our stay even more special was our host, Oscar. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – from providing us with very useful information and recommendations upon arrival, to greeting us with snacks and sweets on the second day. On the day of our departure, he has even bought breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His kindness and hospitality are one of a kind!

Pros: vote 10!!!! I recommend everyone to stay here, Oscar was unique, friendly, kind and always available. A person like few others. He even bought us some sweets and a bag of crisps that he left outside our door in the morning! truly an exceptional person, always available and ready to help at any time of the day. the house was clean, as in the photo, very strategic location 5 minutes from the metro. I will definitely stay at Oscar again the other times I come to Barcelona. congratulations.

Amazing, would definitely recommend

Pros: The terrace overlooked the centre of Barcelona, very cosy & the host was extremely welcoming and helped us in every way he could.

Pros: It's a nice affordable apartment located in 30 minutes (by metro) from the center of Barcelona. Two metro stations nearby. Also, there are a couple of small supermarkets and a nice bakery in walking distance. Oscar is a very good host, he provided everything we needed and gave us some useful advises regarding sightseeing of Barcelona. Nice terrace view. You can even see a seaside from it. Dishwasher and washing machine made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is very tiny for 4 people, 60m2 is probably the size including terrace which is about 50% of the property.However it wasn't a big problem for us as we spent most of the time outside.

Convinient location (metro)

Pros: The apartment is in a good location, close to the metro station, shops are nearby. Many thanks to Oscar for his kind attention and lots of advice and useful recommendations. Our family felt very good in the apartment.

Cons: We missed some additional dishes (pan, pot).

An affordable, clean and well located apartment with spacious terrace.

Pros: Location convenient for the metro. The accommodation is very clean and Oscar is exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful- he really is a great host. The terrace is spacious and offers a nice view of the city.

Everything is excellent

Pros: It was a wonderful three days in Barcelona. The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a very excellent location. What added to the splendor of the stay was Mr. Oscar's elegance and kindness He truly deserves praise and honor. It was Mr. Oscar's kindness that he noticed the birthday of one of my family members and brought him a gift !!

Really nice flat with terrace and nice view.

Pros: The location is really good, few minutes walking from Torrasa metro station. Oscar is really good guy, providing good service, he helped us a lot, gave us great recommendation and we really enjoy the stay. Flat is nice, small kitchen. Really nice terrace with nice view. For enjoying the late evenings, tired after visiting Barcelona. Thank you very much again Oscar. It was a pleasure.

A comfortable flat with all you need for your stay and a great location.

Pros: The flat is perfectly located near several metro lines. It is easy get there from the airport by metro and also go to the city center. The flat has got everything you need for a stay. The terrace is also very nice and we spent there a lot of time in the evenings. One can find several supermarkets and small restaurants nearby in Torressa/Collblanc area. Also huge thanks to the friendy flat owner, he was very helpful and gave us excellent tips about what to see in Barcelona and how to get there!

Cons: I liked everything. I cannot say anything negative. Maybe if you are moving with wheelchair you shouldn't book the flat since there are some stairs to go but for us this wasn't the case.
