Plenty of room clean tidy and a great place to stay

Pros: The location in a safe quiet are and the garage parking Everything worked as it should we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our short stay

Great house for a big family or group of friends.

Pros: Big and nicely decorated house. The beds were very comfortable. The house had all the amenities one could need. Even though the area didn’t seem like the best, it had short and easy access to the metro. Many crocery and food markets right outside the door. A great tip is to order food to the house. It was easy, cheap and a great number of restaurants to choose from.

Cons: The area around the house isn’t the best. There is a playground right outside of the house, and it was very noisy every night. There was a lot of fireworks and firecrackers until late at night. We thought it might be because of a holiday - but it was the same for all the four nights we were there. There are some pests issues in the house. Downstairs there are a lot of ants - we vacuumed daily to try to manage the issue, but it didn’t help much. In one of the upstairs bathrooms there were cockroaches. The baby ones were okay, but we didn’t enjoy to share space with the big mama.

Pros: Space of apartament was enough for 10-11 persons. Loaction was almost perfect with good restaurants in the neighbourhood and shop just opposite, very calm and safe place. You can reach Sagrada Familia with one metro line which is few minutes walk from the apartament. Very well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Everything went well, apartament access was easy and contact with the owner was good.

Pros: Položaj je blizu metroa i ducana za hranu.Objekt je dobro opremljen.

Cons: Objekt treba obnovu te temeljito čiscenje.Na prvi sve djeluje cisto,ali to je vise površinski.

Pros: Luminoso, amplio y tranquilo, muy práctico para un grupo grande

Cons: El checkout es muy temprano

Muy buena estancia en familia

Pros: La zona de cocina y comedor perfecta para comidas familiares.

Cons: Quizas un sofa de tres plazas estaria bien para la zona de televisor (para niños y abuelos principalmente). Las almohadas de las camas podrian ser un poco mas consistentes.

ŚWIETNY APARTAMENT

Pros: Doskonałe miejsce na rodzinny wyjazd. Duże patio, przestrzeń, garaż. Personel bardzo dyskretny ale oferujący wszelką pomoc.

Pros: Décoration et rénovation superbe pour cette maison de ville sur 3 étages Le patio et la terrasse de la chambre parentale étaient en plein soleil et super bien aménagés Des meubles équipement et deco de qualité et tout bien entretenu Des serviettes de plage pour 10 Le chef à domicile était topissime (en presta privée) Souplesse du propriétaire et communication facile avec entrée autonome par un boîtier A proximité du métro L5 et L3

Cons: Maison de ville plutôt mal isolée donc très bruyante ! Elle donne sur une rue très passante et proche d’un parc pour enfant avec vis à vis sur les immeubles entourant Le garage est littéralement dans la maison : un rideau séparé le garage du salon !

Mieszkanie nowoczesne, ładne, czyste, wygodne i funkcjonalne.

Pros: Byliśmy w styczniu w 2 rodziny z dziećmi. Mieszkanie bardzo nowoczesne, czyste, ładne, przestronne z dwoma super tarasami. Okolica cicha, bezpieczna. W mieszkaniu garaż na jedno auto z możliwością lądowania elektrycznego (my nie korzystaliśmy). W mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego potrzeba do codziennego życia. 3 łazienki są bardzo wygodne do rodzinnego życia. Klimatyzacja jest praktycznie w każdym pomieszczeniu więc ogrzewanie przy chłodniejszych dniach można włączyć. Odległość do metra to ok 5 minut spaceru. Na przeciw jest niewielki plac zabaw dla dzieci, który w zupełności wystarczy by zająć na chwilę maluchy. Na przeciw również znajduje się market Condis, w którym jest praktycznie wszystko. Poza tym przy ulicy jest sporo sklepów z warzywami i owocami. Polecam!
