Perfect place to stay, great location, wonderful owner!

Pros: It’s very cozy old house, with a little patio, which is makes it even more lovely. I really loved the house, the location, the owner. You can reach the beach in about 5 min. The owner responses to the messages right away. The kitchen is fully equipped: you can find spices, oil and even coffee and tea. I recommend this place if you want to get some real local experience. By the way the beach is not too crowded. You can reach barcelona by metro in about 20-30 minutes.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nice clean house. Good location, close to the centre of Barcelona. Badalona is really nice place to eat and go to the beach.

Pros: 3 bedrooms in lovely small city near the beach and easy to reach Barcelona with metro.

Cons: Not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of stairs and steps to bathroom. For us it was no problem.

It was a perfect location for us.

Pros: We loved the location which is in the old part of Badalona and is very private. The property was authentic and homely with some very pretty features and an outside courtyard. By day it had a happy Spanish feel about it with the school nearby a little bar and shops that are a short walk away and at night it was very quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owner was very good with 100% response and very quick.

Delightful property in an excellent location.

Pros: We loved the patio and the location was excellent. About 5-10 minutes from the metro station and about 15-20 minutes from the seafront (at our pace!)

Cons: When we arrived we found the toilet was downstairs but all the bedrooms were upstairs. This was not clear from the description and fortunately didn't prove to be a problem, but it might be something that other renters may need to know.

Pros: Situato in un tranquillo quartiere con la metro a poche centinaia di metri per raggiungere il centro. Appartamento pulito e comodo per famiglie.

Goede, ruime accommodatie op een uitstekende locatie.

Pros: Uitstekende locatie. Rustige buurt. Metro en strand op loopafstand. Ruim voldoende kookgerei, bestek e.d. Goede voorzieningen zoals kookplaat, ruime koelkast, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Gezellig ingericht.

Cons: Geen airco. Staande ventilator in woonkamer kraakt. Ventilatoren op slaapkamers maken veel geluid. Klokken van naburige kerk slaan ieder kwartier, dag en nacht en zijn binnen goed te horen.

Pros: La ubicación estaba muy bien, muy céntrico y cerca de la playa. La casa estaba muy bonita y ordenada. La cocina era bastante completa y grande, con muchas opciones para poder cocinar.

Cons: A pesar de los ventiladores, el calor sigue siendo algo sofocante durante el verano.

Pros: Дуже сподобалося усе. Дуже зручне розташування у районі Бадалона - тихий і дуже гарний район, море поряд, є ресторани, зручно доїхати на метро у центр. Дуже привітний персонал. Чиста постіль і рушники, на кухні є все для приготування їжі. Сама оселя колоритна в іспанському стилі, що особливо нам сподобалося❤️
