Good location, nice host. Proper room that could be improved.

Pros: Really nice host. Always smilling and really helpful. Also everyday cleaning was really nice.

Cons: Thin walls. Unfortunately we had unpleasant situation were someone in adjacent room were drying their hair at 1:00 am. Additionally, by default there was no kettle or any tableware in the room - of course when we asked for it host provided us with this basic things but still I think that it should be in room all the time

Little Gem!

Pros: Delightful little hotel with a homely feel. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Great arty decor which makes it stand out from the usual. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent location in the smart, quiet, residential area of the city to the north with shops, buses/trains on the doorstep. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

Cons: Loved everything about it, nothing to dislike.

Nice little mini-hotel. Good price, would stay again.

Pros: Stayed here to make room for a friend who arrived later at the primary apartment we'd booked, this was the superior location. Staff were friendly, and check in was seemless, room was nice and clean, and the little cube in the room with all the usb charging ports was a nice feature to have. Shared Bathroom was very close to the room, and shower pressure and warmth both excellent.

Cons: I can't think of anything negative. Stay was great, and good value for money.

Excellent, lovely staff, great value for money

Pros: The host Leo is an exceptionally nice lady who gave us many tips and let us leave luggage after we checked out. Very friendly as was her other assistant who worked there. The 12pm check out time is also lovely compared to most places which state 11am is the checkout time.

Cons: Key to my room didn’t work (but I am confident the staff will fix this as they seem sincere in saying they will). This also wasn’t a huge impact as the after hours manager could open the room every time :)
