Cal Mestre Casa Rural

Pros: Such a beautiful stay in Penedes. The couple running this place do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to take a break from the busy city and visit this gem in wine country.

Cons: It was simply amazing - nothing to not like.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

Pros: The property is nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. The owner was very lovely, helpful and, engaging. She allowed to swim in the big pool even late and night which was fab! Breakfast is a must.

Cons: Nothing.

Amazing

Pros: We had an amazing stay, Michael & Nathalie were so lovely and accommodating and the property & surrounding areas are so beautiful. We stayed in the cave room which was amazing

Heaven. Loved every moment

Pros: This is an incredible place. The owners are superb and every detail was perfect. We arrived to a lovely welcome , Cava was served and the pool was so appealing so my wife and I chilled whilst our Tapas was being prepared. Sunset moment from the terrace it felt like we were in a movie. We slept so well in a beautiful air conditioned room, the bath products was so good that we bought as many as we could from the cute little shop they have. Breakfast overlooking the mountains and a beautiful send off to send us on our way. This place is truly magical. We will be back again and again.

Cons: Zero

Little piece of heaven

Pros: Beautiful location and stunning little boutique hotel! We were so pleasantly impressed, we found very comfortable and stylish rooms, great breakfast and we loved the hospitality of the hosts. They drove us around as we had to attend a wedding and that was so sweet and helpful! We felt amazing and we would definitely come back.

Pros: Exceptional location with a view of the valley and the mountains from the beautiful terrace and from the rooms. The addition of a pool was fantastic. Especially if you are travelling with kids.

Incredible views, location, and people

Pros: This is a very unique and beautiful place. The hosts were beyond kind, and made the stay not just good, but great! I was almost tempted to lot leave a detailed review because I want to keep this place a secret. The hosts helped to arrange many things, offered to help with transport and were incredibly kind. If you want a unique experience away from the commercial hotels and in a beautiful location, book this place.

Cons: Really good overall, nothing I would change.

Pros: The food is amazing although it should be noted that at the tapas dinner there will be extras such as soups which are not included in the menu price and they fail to communicate this better, however everything was delicious. Breakfast is also great at this place.

Cons: Although I understand it is part of the design, the bathroom in the room had no door. Being a trip with friends we would have liked to have a little more privacy, perhaps the possibility of using a screen or some way to close the space a little more would have been ideal.

Will definitely come back

Pros: Absolutely everything! The lovely owners made us feel at home! Very welcoming! So ch a charming place. And the views and atmosphere... enjoyed every moment there.

Cons: Absolutely nothing:)

Just what we were hoping for

Pros: Lovely and warm hosts. Friendly and homey but still giving you space. Best beakfast we have had all year.

Cons: If you have a big car, park next square along.
