Camping Bungalows El Far

Camping Bungalows El Far is situated on a hill just outside the centre of Calella and around 200 metres from the beach. This complex offers well-equipped bungalows with terraces and 2 swimming pools. El Far’s bungalows are comfortable and each has 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with dining area and a TV. They come with a free safety deposit box. The complex features a café-bar and there is also an on-site shop and vending machines. Guests can relax on their private terrace and make use of the barbecue facilities. There is free WiFi throughout. El Far is set between the sea and mountains and offers fantastic views. In the area you can enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling and watersports. Guests can also visit the spa, situated just 50 metres from the campsite. Staff at reception can provide information on activities and places of interest in the surrounding area, and arrange car rental. An airport shuttle service is available for an extra charge. A children's club and free kayaking are available in the summer.

Excellent value for money stay on the edge of Calella.

Pros: Excellent views. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The best aspect was the value for money of the site and accomodation for what we paid

Cons: The only minor aspect that could have been improved was the availability of the meals that were on the menu. It was right at the end of the season so perhaps that had an impact.

Great stay. Very friendly staff

Pros: We had a fabulous time during our stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Tent was a little dated but it was very clean, comfortable and had every thing we needed. View from tent to beach was beautiful and it was really nice listening to the waves while going to sleep. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Such an amazing stay

Pros: The location was absolutely fantastic, it felt magical to fall asleep listening to the waves. But what truly made the stay shine was the incredible staff, whose warmth and care made us feel completely at home.

Pros: The atmosphere and location were excellent, and all the neighbors were friendly and enjoyed the touristy environment, and the staff was well behaved.

Cons: This camp environment is because there are many trees around it and it is close to the sea and there is a swimming pool inside the camp. There are many mosquitoes and flies in that environment and the windows do not have nets and you have to open the windows. Mosquitoes and flies bit me a lot on the bottom of my legs which caused itching and inside each room there is a need for an electric insect repellent and more than 20 places on my body were bitten by mosquitoes and flies.

Pros: The view was awesome! The sea was crystal clear! We loved it.

Cons: The weather was extremely hot for us but we knew it's one of the most of hot season of the summer. It should've been an Aircon, actually.

we enjoyed it, aldi supermarket just down the road for food and drink,will definately visit again

Pros: the view,pool area looks nice but we never used it,laundry facilities if you need it,on site shop and bar,yong lady on reception was very polite helpful and bubbly

Cons: the hill to the top of the site is very steep,i could cope with it but my partner struggled,thats not a complaint just an observation,next time i go i will request accommodation lower down if thats possible
