Live like a local. Beautiful, clean & comfortable top floor apartment

Pros: Due to unforeseen circumstances we arrived late at night so there were no taxis, and Montse and her husband were willing to pick us up! They were so kind and welcoming. We liked that the apartment is on the top floor and it has an ACTUALLY spectacular view from both the bedroom and dining room window. Fully equipped kitchen with salt, sugar, oil, a toaster etc. Short 5min walk down to a private rocky beach, 7min walk to D'Aiguadolc Beach. 10 min walk to closest supermarket (Carrefour), 18-25 min walk to the city center. Well-functioning heater to keep us warm (we stayed the first weekend of December so the nights were chilly). We loved our stay!

Cons: We didn't love the intermittent train noises. The floors were also a bit sticky so we kept our shoes on. The shower glass is clear so if someone wants to shower in privacy, you can't use the toilet. I'm not sure if we just came on a quiet weekend because there were no taxis available, and the bus only comes every 40 minutes, but other than that, no complaints at all!

Unique accommodation

Pros: Montse is absolutely lovely and responsive! The accommodation is so unique! It is right by the sea, it has a pool just for residents and has easy access to the beach and the port! It was very clean and well equipped. The bed was so big (bigger than a king sized bed) and the flat was very spacious.

Pros: The building is so unique and fun to stay in. The hostess, Montse is wonderful! Very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She was incredibly helpful to us!

Alles was wir wollten zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis an einem wunderschönen Ort.

Pros: Das Gebäude kannte ich schon und war dort in einem anderen Appartement daher habe ich unbedingt wieder dort hin wollen. Montses Appartement war kurzentschlossen dann schnell ausgewählt. Die Lage ist super. Die vorbeifahrende Regionalbahn störte uns absolut gar nicht. Bei uns in Berlin ist es häufig und länger lauter als die Bahnen dort. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht bleibt man im Komplex wenn nicht geht man in die Stadt. Ideal. Die Nachbarn sowohl die Urlaubsgäste als auch die dort Wohnenden waren alle sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Cons: Da gab es wirklich gar nichts.
