Fantastische lokatie en ruim appartement dat een opknapbeurtje kan gebruiken

Pros: De lokatie is top, aan het begin van de winkelstraat en op 8 minuten van het strand en station. Twee balkons waarvan 1 heel ruim met een eettafel en een loungebank. Ruime woonkamer, drie slaapkamers (prima matrassen maar wel kleine twee persoonsbedden 120-140 x190cm). Twee slaapkamers hebben airco en 1 heeft een fan. Twee badkamers. Prima Wifi

Cons: Achterstallig onderhoud: oven, fornuis en vaatwasser hebben kuren; gordijnen zijn slecht opgehangen, keukenkastjes zijn gammel en kranen in de douche moeten voorzichtig worden gehanteerd. Het was matig schoon gemaakt; zand, vieze vloeren-spiegels-tafels. Voor deze bedragen (>2500/week), verwacht je dat het fris en strak is.
