Good stay.

Pros: The property is located just 5 mins walk from nearby TMB station - Can Pixaeut. Very easy to commute to Central district of Barcelona. Convenience stores and other facilities are within walking distance. The property is exactly as shown on adverts. Secure and safe access using mobile app digital code. Fairly good collection of white goods and utilities.

Cons: Bathrooms are showing signs of wear and tear. Needs attention, especially the en-suite bathroom. Although it is good that the property agency enforcing strict 22.00hrs no disturbance but duing my stay, it appeared they over-did it. I was traveling with kids and they were watching some tele. sharp at 22.15hrs, I received a phone call as a reprimand that neighbour complaining about noise. it was wierd.
