Fantastisch appartement

Alles da was man braucht.

Beautiful and nice but more resembles a rental than a hotel or short term stay.

Pros: View, proximity to beach, and public transport. Comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: New trash regulations of city. Would be nice if there were some basis toiletries (shampoo-bath gel), trash bags. Large deposit was a little surprising (Almost 50% of stay charge). Paperwork and terms almost seemed like a lease or rental.
