Coast apartment near Barcelona

Pros: Nice place, calm. Near the sea. Big flat. The kitchen has everyting you need. we got some coffee capses too, it was extra kind. Our host was very helpful and kind. Ther had always been ace to park for free (september) and none scratced/touched our car!

Cons: It was a litle bit dusty, the towel drier was rusty with peeling painting. The shower courtain had mould on it. The shoe keeper in the hall was impossible to use because the doors were falling out. One of the single beds in one room had not had a rib so it was a surprise that you sink in with the madress when you kneel on the bed. A piece (30 cm) of a tile-frame was of the wall in one bedroom was off when we arrived. You feel that the madress on the double bed has probably served for a longer time(?), you lie deeper on both sides. So it will need a litle quick fix, only small things to keep the good quality. But generally it was very nice.

Relaxing break in a comfortable apartment

Pros: Location. Easy parking, 45 min walk to rail station for train to Barcelona. Great apartment with excellent facilities. Felt like a home from home. Close to local shops. Good information from host

Pros: Very helpful owner, great hospitality and excellent communication. The apartment is very well equipped and really offers everything you need. Parking is also very easy next to the apartment and various restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. 10/10.

Pros: L'appartement était très soigné et proche de la mer ce qui était très agréable.

Cons: Le seul point négatif a été que l'appartement se trouve à proximité d'un parking gratuit et toute la nuit jusqu'à 6h du matin ( du samedi au dimanche) des jeunes se retrouvent pour boire et ils ont fait beaucoup de bruit. On avait les fenêtres ouvertes, je suppose que si on avait mis la clim et fermé les fenêtres on aurait pu mieux dormir.

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso , PULITISSIMO , fornito di ogni confort ( addirittura liquori, shampoo, piastra per capelli per intenderci). Gestore molto cordiale , disponibile , sempre rintracciabile .

Logement parfait pour une famille qui souhaite visiter Barcelone et sa région

Pros: Hôte très sympathique, horaires adaptés à notre demande… Logement très bien aménagé et très grand ! Équipement nombres importants et en très bon état. Remplacement à moins de 30 minutes de Barcelone or horaire de pointe car le matin nous avons tout de même mis quasiment une heure à rejoindre cette grande ville.

Cons: Le seul petit bémol de cet appartement est le manque d’insonorisation et l’isolation insuffisante. Nous avions un peu l’impression de vivre avec nos voisins. Mais comme ce logement était seulement un pied-à-terre pour visiter Barcelone. Cela était largement supportable.

Pros: Emplacement prèsdes loisirs nature, et Barcelone à 30mn, vue charmante, propre et tout équipé Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Cons: Pas très bonne isolation phonique et les voisins sont un peu bruyants pour les chambres qui ont un mur mittoyen

Pros: Alles ausreichend vorhanden. Sogar Whiskey stand noch im Schrank. 😁 Sehr hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Viel Platz für alle. Man merkt hier bemüht sich jemand, dass es dem Gast an nichts mangelt.

Cons: Mülltrennung mit umfangreicher Erläuterung wurde trotz deutscher Vorbildung 😉 nicht vollständig verstanden. Schloss zum Hauseingang hakte in der Nacht und löste kurzzeitig Panik aus.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Gerne wieder und absolut zu empfehlen.

Pros: Perfekt ausgestattet, toller Vermieter, ruhige Lage und trotzdem schnell in Barcelona für Sightseeing, wer lieber unter Einheimischen urlaubt, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und planen einen neuen Aufenthalt.

Pros: Da unser Sohn mit Familie in der Nähe wohnt und fußläufig zu erreichen war, war die Lage für uns sehr gut. Auch sonst ist alles gut zu erreichen, Llavaneres ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
