Great location for access to the centre by tram locals very friendly people .

Pros: Clean and well presented. Host was very pleasant and helpful. No problems getting access and thankfully air conditioning worked very well in the heatwave!

Clean and spacious

Pros: Natalia and Sergej are very helpful and kind people. The flat is very well equipped and the property is clean. Flat is very spacious and it is suitable for family stay. Good advantage is parking lot in the garage. Flat is not so far from metro station. Supermarket is nearby as well as the ATM.

Cons: With this accommodation you have to be prepared for following things: 1) when you arrive during night you will be charged by 70 € 2) Airport transfer is not possible during the night too as is written on the website 3) Be ready to pay 300 € as a deposit at the beginning of your stay. When you finish without damages they return it back. 4) Spanish or Russian language are available only 5) For business purposes there are no chance for invoice

Pros: Нам очень погравилось:расположение, пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы,в центер можно добраться метро или трамвай. В апартаментах чистота и уют, Сергей и Наталья приветливые хозяева, хорошее соотношения цены и качества

Pros: Appartement agréable, plutôt bien équipé. Très propre. Literie propre et tissu agréable et frais. Oreillers confortables. Bon Emplacement, commerces proches (Supermarchés, supérettes, centre commercial, restaurants et parkings gratuit proches. Jolie piscine. Propriétaires Très sympathiques .

Cons: Les lits simples sont un peu étroits. Les matelas sont un peu durs. Le canapé-lit du salon ne fonctionnait pas ou du moins on a jamais trouvé comment l'ouvrir. Il n'y avait qu'une seule poubelle dans la cuisine pour tout l'appartement, une poubelle dans chaque salle de bain serait bien utile. La musique de l'école d'en face à tout péter le matin.
