Pros: Nice apartment with big living space and a balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location for parc del forum and the beach - and close to metros to get into the centre.

Pros: The lady gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. Everything was quick and without any problems.

Cons: The locality is not very friendly around the apartment as we met few very strange people around but it is not the problem of the apartment. There is a shop with the food nearby as the tram stastion does.

Pros: Bon emplacement pour visiter Barcelone. Literie confortable. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Très propre. Un énorme merci pour nous avoir dépanné aussi rapidement quand nous avons claqué la porte avec les clés à l'intérieur !

Casa spaziosa e pulita

Pros: La casa è bella grande, noi abbiamo soggiornato in 5 adulti + 2 bimbi. Comoda e pulita. Il prezzo è ragionevole rispetto ad altre strutture valutate. La casa si trova distante dal centro di Barcellona ma con la metro si raggiunge in 20 minuti.

Cons: La zona è un po' periferica e capita di trovare persone non proprio raccomandabili, ma a noi non è successo nulla! Basta stare con gli occhi sempre ben aperti. (come d'altronde anche in parecchie vie centrali di Barcellona).

Super, würden wir wieder buchen.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist alles in allem sehr gut. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es sind drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden und man kann vom Parkkeller mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung. Da wir mit zwei Autos waren hatte man sogar noch einen zweiten Garagenplatz für uns. 👍 Infrastruktur wie Bus und U-Bahn sind hervorragend zu erreichen.

Cons: Die Gegend um die Wohnung rum ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vielleicht weil es zu einem Außenbezirk von Barcelona zählt.

Pros: Größe und Ausstattung für fünfköpfige Dreigenerationenfamilie waren gut.Tiefgaragenplatz im Haus vermittelte Sicherheit. Supermarkt lag in der Nähe. Stadtstrand 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons: Lage am Stadtrand mit teilweise Schienenersatzverkehr erschwerte Fahrt ins Zentrum. Gechlossene Parkanlage am Abend bedeutete Umweg bei Strandgang. Umgebung erscheint etwas vernachlässigt. Über 250 €/Nacht war zu teuer.
