Mediterranean City

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment near the city center.

Cons: Finding a parking space on the street could be difficult.

Pros: We stayed at this apartment in Mataró for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is great—close to a supermarket and within a reasonable walking distance to the beach. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace, which was a perfect spot to relax. Communication with the host was excellent, especially during a brief power outage, which was handled smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant stay—highly recommended!

Cons: The only downside was the garage—it was quite small, and we could barely manage to park our Tesla Model Y. Larger vehicles might find it a bit challenging.

The location is ideal—the city center is just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is around ten minutes. A well-stocked store is only a three-minute walk from the apartment. All in all, we had a wonderful time and sincerely hope to come back soon.”

Exceptional!

Pros: Host was exceptional! Everything we needed- they provided. They were responsive and kind. All about check in and check out was professional. We really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely come again.

Very nice apartement, central with nice small walks to everything. Spacy and modern, can recommend!

Pros: Very nice apartement, central to the beach, Barcelona, shops, restaurants and supermarket. We loved the small terrace outside the kitchen/linvingroom for morning coffee and the roof-terrace for evening talk and food. Lots of space for 4 people, could easily have been 6. Kitchen enough equipped to make easy food, hot water in the shower and no bugs. Our car was full of bird-shit though so needed a good clean before delivery (in the street with the trees but nobodys fault but our own). Would def come back. The beach was also nice, and the small beach-bars too.

Cons: Aircon in the main floor, did not do so much help. In the bedroom upstairs it worked perfectly. The floor and furniture pillows in the roof-terrace was a bit well-used/with stains but it worked fine for us anyway.

Immaculate apartment but we did not feel we could relax

Pros: The apartment was pristine and well equipped. The location was good.

Cons: It was quite dark although the lighting in the apartment was excellent. If you open the windows it was quite noisy with passers-by. The plug for the bath was missing which was a disappointment as my husband was looking forward to a relaxing bath after driving hundreds of Kms, although after I messaged the host he provided a plug it was too late.

Pros: Great spacious and clean apartment, well equipped and walking distance to the beach and town centre. Great communication with the owner.

Pros: Spacious lounge and eating area, air con for some of the time, host was really helpful and kind

Cons: Would have been good to have a second set of keys to front door as the code didn’t seem to work.

Pros: Great host. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Perfect apartment size. All the appliances and space we required

Cons: Slight musty smell throughout. Especially in cupboards and on the towels.

excellent host and apartment !

Pros: The property is excellently situated for the old part of Mataró with all its shops and restaurants . The proximity to the beach and railway station make it a perfect place to stay (approximately a 10 minute walk to both ). The whole apartment is spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you need (including adequate utensils for cooking). The host went over and above our expectations providing great advice re:travel and restaurants etc.
