Urbi Apartments

Good location and facilities, awkward layout and shower.

Pros: It was a spacious apartment with good facilities and easy access. In a good location for restaurants. The discount on parking was great. It wasn’t sparkling but pretty clean.

Cons: The layout was a bit odd as the staircase was very close to the end of the bed so difficult to get round, but I think it’s the best layout available. The shower was quite small.

A pleasant stay with a view of the basilica

Pros: Beautiful building, big appartements, very bright and well equiped. The bed is comfortable and the terrasse offers a nice view of the basilica. The staff is very welcoming.

Cons: The shower is a bit old and small. The small one-use shampoo bags are not very convenient to use.

Cons: We could use some more kitchen tools and pots.

Duplex apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: The duplex apartment was huge and fully equipped. There is a very comfortable bed, a big TV, balcony. I booked the place approximately 2 hours before the arrival. We received a prompt confirmation and had no problem with the key pickup.

Cons: We stayed only one night but everything was perfect.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Pros: Generally everything. Great value for money. Accommodated for my personal requests brilliantly. Exactly what it says. Easy parking. Plenty of room. V close to the historic centre and more. Go there again no problem

Manresa is a lovely town with fabulous bars and there is a great deal of history worth finding.

Pros: The location was fabulous for being able to walk around Manressa - local food and drinking places just up the hill and the two top tourist sites were very close.

Cons: parking at first was an issue but once we sorted that out - it was easy. Best to find out about the parking card and pick it up before going to the room.

Great staff, good value, the atrium is noisy... Light sleepers be warned

Pros: No issues with communicating with staff, getting into the building or accommodating our rushed schedule. Sincere thanks for that.

Cons: More of a problem if the building itself. It's naturally very noisy, doors, stairs, peoples conversations in the main entrance and walkways are loud. Enough to wake both myself and my partner, multiple times.

Pros: It was absolutely 100% amazing in every way. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and gorgeous energy The staff were lovely and definitely accommodating and Manresa has such beautiful energy. I found out after these apartments are in the middle of most of the churches etc for Ignatius Loyola no no wonder it's magical 🙏💜✨

Cons: Doors could have slow closures as every other guest did not really think of others. Tbh it was something I found across Barcelona not just these apartments.

Pros: Location was perfect apartment was jusr like the photos

Cons: Lacked cooking facilities. No kettle no iron

Fun

Pros: The reception was great: warm and generous and helpful. The location suited us.

Cons: The room had a lingering tobacco smell. The internal steps are a bit steep for older people.
