Pros: Apartment was well equipped and scrubbed down. The area has many shops that open till late. The agent was kind, generous and kept checking in with us
Cons: We weren't prepared for the narrow stairs which turned out to be good exercise

A nice stay in a clean, comfortable apartment.
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the apartment. The beds were also comfy. There was also tea and other bits and pieces provided (washing up liquid, sugar, oil etc) which was helpful.
Cons: Would have been nice to have more than 2 hobs for the stove especially as the main frying pan was too big to fit on one so it meant you couldn't use both hobs if you used that pan but it really wasn't a big deal.

Wonderful experience
Pros: A perfect place for a group of friends or anyone traveling through Barcelona. Had everything we need, super comfortable as well as pretty spacious and the hosts are incredibly hospitable. They helped us all the way with instructions and our questions. Would love to come back to the place some time in the future!

Pros: Nice clean apartment for 4-5 people, close to metro stations, small food shops all around. Excellent communication with the owner. Nou Camp walking distance, city center 20-30 minute via metro, airport 1 hour via metro.

Great place for our family to explore the city from.
Pros: Great location for our family with 3 young kids. 5 min walk to Collblanc metro station. I love that the rooms were completely dark for sleeping! Pilar let us in the first night, she was super friendly! I loved there was water and milk available for the first day. Good communication with the owner.
Cons: The beds could use some new matrasses. Apart from that, everything was fine. Be aware that if you check-in after 9 pm, there's an extra fee charged, going from 30 to 50€, depending on how late you arrive. Seems fair, but should be mentioned.

Great central location for seeing the city
Pros: Jose is a very good host. Met us at the apartment and welcomed us to Barcelona! We are a family of 5 including 3 adult children and the apartment was plenty big enough for all of us. The apartment is clean and tidy and fully equipped. You are about a 5 minute walk from the metro which is easy enough to navigate to the touristy places. There are also plenty of shops and lovely cafes (that do beautiful cakes and pastries) close to the apartment. We had a fantastic 4 day weekend but still wasn’t enough time to do everything! Hopefully returning soon!

Pros: it was my best rest in years. The location of the apartment had a big influence on it. In a short way by metro (several lines in the area) you can reach any place in Barcelona. The apartment itself, despite its not to big , accommodated our family of 5 without any problems. The apartment is clean and tidy and the owner is very polite and helpful. highly recommend to everyone

Pros: Buena comunicación con el cliente en todo momento (desde que se hace la reserva hasta la salida) y también excelente comunicación post check-out. ¡¡Ubicación excelente!! El apartamento está a menos de 10 min a la parada de metro collblanc para poder llegar al centro de Barcelona. Además, hay sitios para desayunar, comer o cenar cerca del apartamento y también supermercados donde poder comprar. Está bien amueblado tal y como se muestra en las fotos y también nos proporcionaron agua y otros detalles de cortesia (café y tés). También teniamos disponibles mantas, toallas y enseres de baño como gel, champú y suavizante y papel higiénico suficiente para los días que estuvimos. El wifi va bien y la tele tiene opciones de smart tv donde poder conectar tu netflix o plataforma favorita. Recomendadísimo sobre todo para jovenes y grupos de amigos.
Cons: Las escaleras resultan un poco peligrosas El aire caliente no llega a cubrir el frio de las habitaciones (la sala si queda suficientemente caliente)

Absolutamente placentera!
Pros: Tiene un tamaño maravilloso, pequeño pero amplio, muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, y vivir comodamente la experiencia. La ubicacion es excelente cerca de lineas de metro, una Linea de autobus pasa justo frente a la puerta, en frente hay una lavandería y por todos los arededores hay supermercados, farmacias, cajeros automaticos, tiendas de ropa, zapatos, bares, cafeterias….. hay absolutamente toso
Cons: Es un poco frío…. Nada que no se solucione en verano o con un par de mantas mas.

O locatie excelenta pentru 4 adulți si un copil!
Pros: Locatie curata, încăpătoare, liniștită, la doar 8 minute de statia de metrou, situata intr-o zona cu diverse magazine. Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare, am fost așteptați cu apa si cafea din partea casei. Exista bucătărie echipata cu tot ce trebuie, televizor smart în living si un balcon care comunica la cele doua dormitoare. Raport calitate-pret ok!
Cons: Accesul pe scari este foarte ingust, noi ne-am chinuit putin cu un cărucior in fiecare zi, dar nu este vina proprietarilor, asa este construcția blocului. Nu exista calorifere, sursa de încălzire este prin aer condiționat, dureaza mai mult pana se încălzește volumul mare de aer.
