Urban Chill Apartments by Olala Homes

Beautiful apartment

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay! The contact with the staff was excellent – they responded quickly to our needs and were very professional. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. Everything made a great impression on us – we definitely recommend this place.

Good location and close to all local amenities

Pros: Location and closeness to public transport, grocery store, shopping centre and metro to anywhere in Barcelona. Property was very quick to respond. We were quite unlucky to get mobility restrictions due to storm warning and property was very quick to respond to our concerns. There was some damage after and again they were quick to respond and offer maintenance team to come over to check damages and make sure it’s secure and safe.

Cons: Few minor wear and tear issues as expected in rental properties

Pros: Apartment was clean and tidy, and it had everything necessary. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Heating was excellent. The location is good, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away and the metro about a 10-minute walk.

Cons: The bunk bed in the second bedroom creaked with every movement, which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Pros: Everything things because of Everything perfectly managed.

Good comfortable stay. The prices were a bit high considering proximity of the apartment from centre

Pros: The layout of the apartment was really good. Kitchen was well stacked and had everything for cooking within the apartment.

Cons: Instance of loud shouting and talks in the neighbourhood in the first night of arrival. Rest of the nights were Howe quiet. The apartment is a bit far off from the main town like and attractions like Plaça de catalunya, sagrada, park guell. Also the nearest metro station is about 10-15 min walk which may make transit little difficult. Else taxis and Ubers are available easily.

the host had amazing communication

Pros: Great location Close by to supermarkets and shopping centre

Pros: They have prepared everything we need and we are very happy with this apartment.

Cons: The ventilation system can be better. We can smell someone is cooking even out of the apartment.

Mint place, easily accessible, lovely home

Pros: Apartment was already stocked with food necessities.

Cons: Loved it all

I really recomend this acomodation!

Pros: I really enjoyed the stay ,thanks to the close public transportation, grocerie stores and many more, also the apartment was very welcoming, has everything you could need !

Cons: No complains !
