Armenia 🇦🇲

Pros: Everything was great.Marta was a very nice person, she was helpful in everything. The apartment was simply a miracle both in its location and in the furniture itself. You will not lack anything, you just have to enjoy the sea and your own rest.

Pros: Eine tolle Wohnung mit super Lage. Wurde ja bereits oft erwähnt. Promenade vor der Haustür, trotzdem eher ruhig. Es gibt aber alles zum Ausgehen. Für junge Leute zu ruhig. Küche gut ausgestattet, könnte aber sauberer sein ( Dunstabzughaube klebt). Pfannen und Töpfe, zahlreiche Befestigungen im Bad schon in die Jahre gekommen. Mikrowelle, Air firer, Wasserkocher und Toaster, Elektobackofen und alte, wackelige Kochgasbrenner alles vorhanden.

Cons: Einziges Problem ist das Parken während der Hauptsaison (15.7.-15.9.). Ab 9.00-21.00 Uhr pro Tag 10€. Ich habe mich in der Information erkundigt, da der Eigentümer es nicht gestattet, kann man für 14 Tage nicht den Satz für Residenzler (40€) zahlen, sondern muss täglich um 9.00 Uhr zur Straße gehen. Das fanden wir sehr nervig. Der Kontrolleur kommt pünktlich 9.05Uhr und verpasst einem dann ein Ticket über 80€. Allerdings nur für einen Tag. Das kann man allerdings im Infobüro 2 Fußminuten von der Ferienwohnung am Strand rückgängig machen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hinter der Bahnschiene. 10 min zu Fuß. Das nervt allerdings bei 35 Grad. Es ist aber eine Lösung. Wir haben dann Leute in der Anlage gefragt und fanden einen Parkplatz direkt dort. Denn uns fiel auf, dass die meisten Parkplätze innerhalb der Anlage ungenutzt waren.

Vacances vora el mar.

Pros: Que es troba a primera línia de mar, i pots veure la platja des de l'allotjament.

Cons: Finca antiga reformada, però li manquen detalls. Hi ha zona taronja a tots els voltants, per tant, no pots aparcar sense pagar enlloc a l'estiu. Seria interessant que et deixin plaça de pàrquing, perquè la finca té aparcament.
