Pros: The host allowed us to check in early, met us in person and showed to the parking spot in the garage. We were also able to check out late, very grateful to our hosts. The place is fully equipped for a stay with little kids. High chair, crib, toys, beach chairs are all provided. Very well equipped kitchen. Proximity to the beach, train station, stores and restaurants.

Cons: No elevator (may not be easy for people with mobility issues/when you have a lot of luggage etc). There is a cat smell in the bathrooms.
