Amazing location!!

Pros: Beautiful house with six apartments, some of them with ocean-view. Well-equipped kitchen regarding crockery and cutlery, but no cooking basics like oil, pepper etc.

Pros: An incredible place, a very beautiful house with a history, unique cultural artifacts, a magnificent view of the sea, a cozy garden. There is everything you need and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The city itself has an interesting history and many cultural attractions, a museum with original works by Picasso and Miró, and a picturesque park. One of our best family trips, we have just left and are already dreaming of returning).

A perfect finish of our big spain trip - could be not better.

Pros: The art-deco style was pretty chick. The house in front of a perfect sand beach. Not to many people in the house. Very charming place.

Cons: One room down without aircondition. Some chairs in the terrasse was damaged. Trainstation behind very loud.

Pros: It is a big apartment, we could find everything we need in the apartment.

Very clean in great location

Pros: Wonderful location right on the sea front. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and right beside train station. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Check-in was super easy.

Relaxing journey in Catalunya

Pros: The apartment is literally on the beach, you have to exit from the door, cross the road and you are on the beach! Every confort are available in the apartment which is very confortable, in very good conditions and well equipped. The building is a historical one and you could feel the atmosphere of the past. If you want to visit Barcelona the realway station is 3 minutes of walk far from the apartment and there is a train every 10 minutes. A special mention for the staff: they are very prone to help you in every situation, are polite and courteous.

Pros: Very cozy and spacious apartment, renovated kitchen, 2 bathrooms, nice location near the beach and the train station, nice mattresses. Great historical building. Overall - nice place to come back to after the whole day in Barcelona and traveling back for 40-50 minutes on a crowded train.

Cons: It's stated on the site that someone will meet you in person, but it's not true: they keys are in the locker and you have to call the owner to get all quite complicated instructions about how to get in. There's only 1 set of keys - if you are a group of 4, it would be difficult for you to go somewhere separately. Before the checkout the owner left us a message written on a piece of paper, asking to pay a city tax - something that was not mentioned on the Booking.com, nor he informed us prior, when we arrived. Also the owner wrote that if one is using his private parking for EUR13 a day (low season) he doesn't have to pay a tax (?). The parking is very narrow and inconvenient, there's a modern underground parking just nearby for the even lower price (which I decided to use), maybe this tax thing is to encourage guests to pay him for the parking instead of that private one. Doesn't look good, TBH. We haven't any small cash on the day of departure, so I messaged the owner that I can pay city tax via the bank transfer later, but he never got back to me. The communication with the owner is sloppy overall - he doesn't pick up the phone most of the times, nor he's answering via Booking.

Pros: Great location - beach front with small town and facilities behind. Our garden room apartment was very spacious but quite dark - which would be great in high summer, but not so in autumn. However, the communal 'salon' was fabulous - overlooking the sea and lovely and light. I enjoyed doing some work there in the mornings.

Cons: It was difficult to find, in that there was no sign or indiction as to how to get in once it was found - other than searching for the phone number to call. The station is just behind, which is very convenient but a bit noisy.

Really lovely town and a great location for an apartment

Pros: The location could not have been better. It was across the road from the beach and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. We were there for a wedding and it was good for us as it was within walking distance to the venue. The common areas of the apartments are lovely. There is a garden and a beautiful large room on the first floor with great views of the coast. Our apartment also had access to a roof terrace which was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast , again with great views of the coastline.

Cons: Overall it was fine but the bathrooms could perhaps benefit from an update . There was nothing really to find fault with.
