Pros: Great location near magic fountain, music venues, metro stations, airport bus stop, tapas street. V comfortable beds, all equipment in kitchen including a kettle. Nice shower. Lift to apartment. Staff greeting excellent communication re times /keys etc. Toilet was fixed immediately without having to ask as greeter checked and called office at entry time. Heating worked v well. Quiet enough at night.

Cons: Some neighbour noise - music, footfall late at night. But I suppose expected in an old apartment building. Lift small if you have a lot of luggage! More pillows would be nice.

Good location

Pros: Nice apartment near metro station, many shops in neighborhood. We didn't hear a street noise during night. Good place for visiting Barcelona for few days.

Cons: Extra payment for arrival after 20:00

We got to know the wonderful city of Barcelona, with its buildings and architecture

Pros: Cozy, clean, tidy apartment. There is everything we needed during our stay. The windows are sealed, so you can't hear the street noise and it doesn't disturb your rest. The apartment is in the center of Barcelona, so it is very convenient to reach many attractions of the city on foot, to admire the night life of Barcelona :)

Cons: We arrived in the evening, so we had to pay an extra fee for trust. Many rental property managers have a practice of installing safes at the door with a code, and upon arrival the visitor collects the key himself, thus avoiding additional costs. Maybe the owners of these apartments should think about such an option.

Prima gelegene, sehr schöne Wohnung.

Pros: Schneller Check-In zur Wunschzeit. Perfekte Lage zu Metro. Supermärkte und Restaurants / Bars im direkten Umfeld. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Stabiles WiFi. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung inkl. Küche. Gut regelbare Heizung (im November schon hilfreich). Fußläufig zur neu eröffneten Magic Fountain. Und unbedingt die naheliegende Carrer de Blai besuchen. So tolle Pintxos!

Cons: Alles sehr gut. Zwei kleine Hinweise nur: der Fahrstuhl ist wirklich sehr klein. Und ein paar mehr Ablagen in Bad / Dusche wären gut.

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy bien , cómodo y limpio y nos gustó mucho la atención personalizada. Lucas, nos atendió muy bien y nos lo explicó todo perfectamente

Pros: Bellissima casetta, molto ben disposta e super pulita. Ottima posizione molto vicina alla metropolitana. Letti comodi, doccia molto grande.

Cons: Unica pecca il microonde che non funzionava, già avvertito i proprietari. E la zona forse non proprio ben frequentata soprattutto quando si torna la sera.

Bom apartamento para umas férias em barcelona

Pros: Apartamento impecável, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Apartamento bastante limpo. Metro muito próximo, é só descer a rua. Quem nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e flexível.

Cons: Preço alto para o apartamento em si, no entanto alinhado com a realidade de Barcelona. Temos de dar caução neste apartamento. Tudo são taxas... Late check-in, não tirar o lixo, etc... Compreensível, mas um pouco exagerado.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and well provisioned. The staff member who met us was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and easy access to the Metro
