Pros: The apartment was clean and warm, and quiet at night. We made breakfast there and felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s close to the L3 rail station, with many restaurants, bars, and small supermarkets nearby. We’ll definitely stay again next year.

Pros: The host is very kind and welcoming, the communication ran smoothly. The accommodation itself was great, the apartment is in great condition. Location is also very good, we mostly walked everywhere.

Comfortable stay, beautiful and spacious apartment close to the center
Pros: The apartment was clean, cozy, well designed. It was close to the center of Barcelona so we literally walked everywhere. I loved the location, quietness of the area, the host helping us even in the middle of the night.
Cons: I think all was good.

Pros: I liked the location, the cleaniness, the immediate response of the owner, the spacious apartment and the fact that it was super easy to get into the property through an application. Also it was a very quiet neighbourhood, safe and 2 minutes walking from Paral•lel Metro Station full of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Facilities: hair dryer, toilet paper, toaster, washing machine, dish washer, espresso machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen with cultery, plates, pans and glasses.
Cons: -The stairs were a bit steep and the lift is small just for 2. -No shampoo and shower gel

Nice city, which has big problem with pickpocketers, be careful
Pros: All was perfect, the host is very nice and friendly, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, the only low mark I put on location because I was attacked by pickpocketer in the metro station. The whole area around paral-lel and near Sant Pau and Raval is exploding of gipsy, Arabian and black dangerous people, it is not safe in the evenings at all

Pros: The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond. The apartment is very close to the Paral·lel metro station which makes it easier to move around. It is exactly as it looks like in the pictures. It is spacious and fully equipped. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated having the floor-to-ceiling mirror. It has a big bathroom and always had hot water. A digital key was used to enter the building and the apartment, and it worked fine. The building also has an elevator.
Cons: Overall, I had a good, comfortable stay. The only issue that I experienced was that, during my stay, there was no curtain in the kitchen area which had large windows looking into the living area. This left no room for privacy. The neighbors across could easily see you inside. When I asked the owners about it, they told me that it broke recently and it would be fixed the following week.

Pros: Muy buena comunicación en todo momento con Paula, para resolver cualquier duda, el alojamiento es muy bonito, todo bien y limpio, muy cerca de Monjuit , y más monumentos que visitar
Cons: Lo único que pongo como pega es la falta de un microondas por lo demás todo muy correcto

Für eine Gruppe gut geeignet, es hat in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt.
Pros: Großzügig geschnitten, schön ausgestattet, kleiner Supermarkt nur ein paar Eingänge weiter.
Cons: Die Whg. ist nicht in bester Lage, Fahrten mit UBER als Frau unumgänglich.
