BBarcelona Central Boutique Apartments

Absolutely would stay again.

Pros: Great property, very large. Very comfortable. Easy to get into and out of and actually not that far away from the centre if you are happy to walk probably around .5 of a mile to the Central part of town.

Cons: Some of the towels needed replacing they were in great condition. This is a minor detail but always nice to have a beautiful towel.

Pros: The apartment was clean and at a good location. However, it was expensive. It could be at least 30% less than what we paid for.

Great place to stay

Pros: Its a good location to stay. The apartment is big and has everything you need. And it has air con for hot summer days.

Cons: When someone is using the shower you can hear it in the smaller bedroom.

Pros: Great location and very cute apartment, close to metro and supermarkets. Comfortable electronic check in and getting to the apartment throw the app. The apartment looks exactly as on the pictures.

Cons: No complains, more a recommendation to the owner to put a wine glasses in the kitchen. You can’t visit Spain and not to drink wine

Everything is good

Pros: The apartment is located in a convenient neighborhood, not far from the center. Near the metro, so you can easily get to the city center and the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We paid for the reservation in advance and completed the relevant documents, so we entered the apartment without any problems.

Top Staff and nice place

Pros: Excellent accommodation in the center of Barcelona, beautiful area day and night, easily accessible. A good spot for those who had to work in that’s area of the city. Unique bad point about the soundproofing, but still a great place to stay, great staff I will definitely come back.

Clean, affordable spacious and safe accommodation

Pros: Clean and spacious, in a great location to sight see around Barcelona.

Cons: Could do with some extra soft furnishings like sofa cushions and blankets, and it would be reassuring to have a manual dead bolt inside the apartment for locking up over night.

Accommodation in Barcelona for friends

Pros: It was ok. It’s not exactly like on the pictures. There is deposit for 300 EUR, I expected something like on the pictures but it was not. But otherwise everything was ok. Enough place for group of friends.

Cons: AC - there is one. But the hot air was only in one room, in second room was cold.

Pleasant stay, little high on price but overall quite nice

Pros: Location is quite good since close to metro and bus stations, cleanliness, almost fully equipped kitchen

Cons: There is no view from the apartment. The price is slightly higher than the quality.

Pros: Spacious apartment and clean. Central location and safe area.

Cons: There is no personal contact with the owners. All communication is done through electronic communication. Ensure you have internet upon arrival to access the apartment.
