Good place

Pros: I had a great stay at these apartments! The place was comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Communication with the host/management was smooth and responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

Pros: Very nice apartament in nice neithberhood. Clean and with all required equipment.

Cons: The bathtub looked very old and a bit discoloured. Poor lighting, even in the kitchen (not that the lamp was flickering because that didn't bother me), but it was quite dark in the living room at night. You can sleep on the couch, but it's definitely not the most comfortable solution :)

Pros: Full facilities especially laundry machine. Bed was comfortable. Good location to universitat oberta de catalunya

Cons: Barcelona prices for accommodation are very expensive compared to the rest of Spain

Pros: Contact with agent and key handover really straightforward. Apartment also used by the owners so much better equipped than usually, especially the kitchen. Great for a long stay, very comfortable and really big balcony. In January had sun on it from first thing until mid afternoon. Pool looks nice although didn’t use it and grounds well maintained. Close to lots of public transport connections, shops and restaurants. It is at the Rambla de Poblenou end of Calle Tánger. Will definite return.

Dining and shopping delight in El Poblenau

Pros: Loved the security in the complex. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Balcony and outdoor space was lovely including the pool. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable. Proximity to the beach and public transport were great. Ramblas Poblenau was a fantastic surprise. It was right around the corner and and provided so many dining options without being caught in the tourist trap. In the other direction was Glories shopping centre which provided other food and shopping options including a big Carrefor.

Cons: Pillows need an update which is a minor issue. Everything else was great!

Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks

Pros: Nice and big apartment, great pool for residents. Very well equipped. Air conditioning works great. Location is nice, 20 min walking to the beach. At the same time you can walk around 40 min to the old city center which is also nice if you like walking.

Cons: The bathroom needs renovation. Bed and sofa are not very comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: Välutrustad lägenhet med bra läge! Fanns allt man behövde för en fin vistelse i Barcelona!

Cons: Väldigt lyhört och poolen var under renovering

Fin lägenhet och otroligt bra område.

Pros: Väldigt bra läge i ett otroligt mysigt område! Man kunde promenera in till centrala Barcelona på 30-40 min. Stor och fin lägenhet. Väldigt trevlig värd som förklarade allt från kollektivtrafik till tips om ställen att gå till.

Cons: Poolen gick tyvärr inte att bada i, då den inte var rengjord samt ombyggnad runt om. Detta tycker jag ska framgå i beskrivningen.

Udany pobyt, wszystko ok.

Pros: Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, w pobliżu dużo sklepów i restauracji. Do morza 15 minut spacerkiem.

Great apartment for families with children- Quick walk to Westfield Shopping mall for your needs

Pros: - The host we met to check in was lovely and so accomodating to our needs. Great English skills and showed us all the facilities the apartment had. Easy to message as well. -a short walk to the Westfield shopping mall for supermarket goods if you have children and many restaurants and cafes in the shopping mall to dine out -Great for family with kids- roomy enough for space for large luggage -Lovely outdoor space downstairs for kids to run around or go to the pool, use of the playground -Space to relax and feel your in comfort on your holidays -Very convenient stay to access all the hop on & hop off Barcelona tour day bus stops as well -There is also a train station you can catch into the popular main sites in the city

Cons: N/A - We would stay here again!
