Large apartment in great location with balcony

Pros: The location was ideal for exploring Barcelona with many tourist attractions within walking distance, the coast is 10 mins cab ride away as are most major sites. Architecturally beautiful .Good shower and well appointed kitchen .. and best of all a balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.thanks to Marc who met us and allowed us to drop off our suitcases early with great communication .

Cons: The property could do with a little upkeep… a lick of paint here and there and a little general maintenance .. the shutters were obviously original and quite dilapidated and therefore didn’t close properly, there was missing latts on the wooden furniture on the balcony.. it’s an old building with lots of beautiful original features which could be cared for better..the small things make a difference.. the biggest negative is the traffic noise which has nothing to do with the apartment

Super location in a spacious apartment

Pros: Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and comfortable facilities in a stunning old building and great views. The area is perfect for exploring Barcelona.

I would definitely recommend this property for a long weekend.

Pros: The property was in a great location surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants, easy walk to everything! It was perfect for our group of 7. We were met at the property and allowed to check in early and leave late, which was really helpful.

Cons: Lots of stairs! (But there is a small lift too!)

Positive experience

Pros: The host is wonderful! Our flight was early and accommodated our large group to check in early, we were all jet lagged so this made our start to our holiday with positive vibes.

Great place to base a large group in the centre of Barcelona.

Pros: Great location, opportunity to sit outside on balcony, good mix of traditional and modern

Cons: Air conditioning had a strange quirk of making a strange noise every 30 mins, kitchen was not that well stocked with utensils, no mirrors in the bedrooms if 8 are staying table not big enough

We loved it

Pros: It was clean, in a good location with lots of supermarkets close by and a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. We would have breakfast on the balcony every morning. So grateful to to have been able to stay in such a lovely property. Had all the facilities you would need, including a washing machine.

Cons: Absolutely nothing it had everything we needed.

Pros: Bright, clean, beautiful apartment in a very good location. 8 people can be accommodated freely. I recommend it to everyone

Beautiful apartment, fantastic host, loads of room and perfect for our stay in Barcelona.

Pros: Monserrat had excellent communication with me and was readily on hand for any questions I had. Her response time was immediate, she was extremely friendly and very clear with instructions and directions and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check in time as our flight was an early one. She was very pleasant to deal with and very gracious. She made our stay a perfect one!

Cons: Shower runs hot then cold continuously when using, instructions needed for heating and air conditioning functions, tile in hallway floor was broken and unsteady, more pillows definitely needed!! Also a kettle in the kitchen.

Quirky apartment with great views, ideal for a city break with friends

Pros: Area was central, quirky, spacious apartment, great views. Lovely host

Cons: It needed a little tlc to bring it back to its former glory, which would have been fabulous in its heyday! A couple of bedrooms were small.

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Kontakt z gospodarzem natychmiastowy. Bezproblemowo. Czysta pościel i ręczniki. Zestaw kosmetyków był dostępny.

Cons: W jednym pokoju było bardzo głośno od ulicy.
