Apart céntrico con terraza en Gracia

The apartment was beautiful, the other negative reviews aren’t accurate. We had a great time!

Pros: The location was great, very safe. Lots of cafes and bars around. The negative reviews about the apartment from others (e.g. the aircon not working, the shutters not working etc.) aren’t fully accurate, things seem like they don’t work at first but there’s just a knack to using things, everything worked fine! The wine bar right underneath the apartment is beautiful with great wine. The terrace in the apartment is gorgeous. The apartment had everything we needed and more.

Cons: The only negative was the trouble I had getting in contact with the property owner regarding check in times, but the day before our arrival I was contacted by the agent who met us to give us the keys and communication was easy from there!

Pros: On arrival we were met with keys and shown the main features of the property. Very easy to settle in and find everything we needed. The area is fantastic for shopping, eating and accessing the attractions in Barcelona either on foot or by public transport. One of the nicest areas of Barcelona to stay in.

Cons: The steep narrow steps to the property would make it impossible for some older people, parents with prams etc. I was pick-pocketed on the day we checked in but this happened nowhere near the property.

Appartamento con comodità per i mezzi

Pros: Appartamento con una camera con letto matrimoniale e un soggiorno con divano a letto matrimoniale. Un bagno con doccia grande ma senza bidet. Complessivamente buono.

Cons: Portina d'ingresso e scale d'accesso scomode

Pros: Struttura come in foto, servizi perfetti e veramente ben posizionata

Pros: 地理位置很好，公寓所在的社区有很多cafe和bakery，早起随便选一家当早饭特别惬意。周边还有很多超市，可以买到一切生活用品！附近有很多bar，我和我的朋友们晚上会去喝点啤酒。值得一提的是阳台对面有一大片很漂亮的三角梅！很漂亮！帮我办理checkin的stuff也很和善。

Cons: 冰箱好像坏了，不能顺利启动。

Bien, pero muy caro y con sobrecargos extras

Pros: El apartamento lindo, grande y equipado. Quizás faltaba alguna cosita, como tijeras, shampoo y jabón para la ducha. El lavarropas funciona, pero demora muchísimo!!

Cons: El acolchado nórdico cómo única opción, si hay 30 grados, se necesita unas simples sábanas de arriba. Que me cobraran 30 euros extras por llegar un domingo (también los cobran si llegas luego de las 7 u 8 de la noche), si se dedican a la hotelería, deben estar disponibles 24x7 o entregar las llaves de otra forma sin cobrar Se podría sumar shampoo y jabón de cortesía, llegamos tarde y no teníamos con que ducharnos
