Stylish Apartment with Terrace for Couple or Family

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona with amazing hosts and clean lovely apartment

Pros: Superb place to stay in Barcelona near the metro and underground car park and the art gallery , lovely property hosts are amazing so helpful we will definitely go again sometime , lovely little terrace at the rear of the property to sit in , main bed and sofa bed really comfortable, kitchen was really well appointed everything you needed if you wanted to do self catering , small carrfour express 2 min walk away and a couple of local bars and restaurants at the end of the road but not noisy bars just locals being sociable , tram connection from here to the rest of the city 10 min walk away

Lovely, but a bit expensive, given it is not near many Barcelona attractions

Pros: The interior design of the apartment is exciting, and the space is well organized. We loved the terrace and its size and enjoyed our mornings and evenings on it. We parked our car in a nearby garage, which is conveniently located and easily accessible.

Cons: There could be more space for storing clothes.

Pros: The apartment is located in a very quiet yet well-serviced neighborhood. A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are just a few meters away. Placa d'España is also very close, providing easy access to all major attractions in Barcelona. The apartment, housed in a former shop on the ground floor of a refurbished building, has been beautifully renovated. It offers plenty of space and is well-equipped, though a few more spoons and plates could be useful. A lovely terrace provides a relaxing outdoor space and a play area for children.

Cons: Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the neighbors, who tended to finish cooking, chatting and discussing quite late at night (around 1:30 AM). Perhaps, it was just for these days. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the floors. Other than that, as I mentioned earlier, it’s an excellent place to stay and an excellent host, making it a great choice for visiting Barcelona for a few days.

Pros: It was a very nice stay, the location is good, close to the metro. We slept very well. The terrace is clean and it is a good place to relax.

Pros: We really like communicating with the host, because he warn us about the construction works and did some discount as well as for a dirty sofa. Also, kitchen is full of necessities, bed and pillows are really comfortable. Shower is big and powerful, a lot of space in the bathroom. Direct access from the street is a must when you are staying with the dog :)

Cons: It was noisy at night because of thin walls. Construction work’s noise didn’t disturb us as much as the neighbors. Also, sofa needs some cleaning after the last visitors. We we’re using a cover because of that.

A Mini Boutique Hotel home away from home

Pros: The apartment is located in a tranquil neighborhood close to Mies Van Der Rohe pavilion and Plaza Espanya. It's cozy, Instagram-worthy, and conveniently near a great restaurant and grocery store. The owners welcomed us warmly, showing us all the facilities, and being on the ground floor is a plus for families with kids. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a complete washing machine and pantry essentials. We enjoyed our stay, especially the comfy bed after long days of touring Barcelona. The owner, Steph, provided helpful guidance and suggestions for authentic experiences in the city. Moreover, the living room is well-lit with natural light, and the bedroom has direct access to a lovely private terrace.

Cons: Suggest to add in an electric fan in the living area and maybe some baking pans. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the apartment and can't wait to come back again. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Pros: A lovely apartment in Plaça Espanya area, super close to metro but also in a very quiet neighborhood. The place itself is very cute, clean and spacious - perfect for a couple or friends. Kitchen has all necessary amenities and was very convenient to cook at. We especially loved the little backyard/ patio, it has its own very chill vibe.

Central location, great apartment

Pros: very cool apartment in a refurbished old shop/bar space. has industrial feel to it. it is quiet large and each section is separated (living room+kitchen, bathroom, garden, patio). Kitchen is new and has all the essentials. Bed very comfortable. Patio is nice and has sun cover. Location is great, minutes away from Plaça Espanya and MNAC and round corner from Bodega Amposta which has great tapas and vibe!

Cons: The sofa could have been cleaned.
