A nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay
Pros: Nice airy apartment with good facilities and kitchen in a good location that is quite local and plenty of public transport options to the tourist destinations. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Electronic key operated by mobile phone, which suited us well as we arrived very late.
Cons: One bedroom (out of 3) is in a totally separate apartment, this was not explained, and could be a benefit to a group, as are children are young we had to split the family between these 2 apartments. Keys stopped working at 9:30 even though checkout was 11! A smelly sewer smell in one sink. Air conditioner dripped. The apartment has been well used, a few things needed fixing but nothing major.

This apartment was a good choice for us because of the neighbourhood and the fact that it was good value for money for 6
Pros: This apartment is in a good location with lots of local amenities and especially good cafés/restaurants. The staff (Pedro,Eric, Ahmed and Youssef) answered our questions really quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and fully equipped.
Cons: There is a smell from the pipes in the bathroom. Also, the third bedroom is separate. You go up to the next floor and it has its own entry. This should be explained in the details for the property. Also, the entry/key system is great but means you must keep your phone charged to access.

Pros: the location is really convenient to go anywhere at the center. And the room is clean.
Cons: 1. the bathroom had bad smell all the time. especially the upstairs. 2. We thought there are 3 bedrooms, but actually only 2 rooms are available for sleeping, it is not exactly the same like the web described there are 3 rooms for sleeping, on the pictures show there are 3 bedrooms. (we didnt find the 3rd bedroom. but there is a dressing room.) . And manager didn't tell us where to find the 3rd bedroom... I knew this later. 3. About the deposit, don't feel good to upload our passport directly without any watermark on the website at the aboard. deposit fee and tax fee pay separately will be better. 4. the curtain is not good enough for keeping the privacy. when you change the clothes be careful if someone can see you, I can see our neighbours...

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, moderno, con tutti i comfort. Cucina ben fornita. Posizione ottima per l’autobus e per la sagrada.
Cons: C’era un po di odore di fogna in un bagno, ma era pulito per fortuna.

Великолепно!
Pros: Это огромнейшая квартира, с очень высокими потолками. Квартира с тремя туалетами, двумя спальнями и даже гардеробной комнатой находится на втором этаже, а квартира с одной спальней и душем-туалетом находится этажом выше. Очень чисто, тепло, просторно. На отдельном балконе есть стиральная и сушильная машинки. До Саграда Фамилия минут 8 пешком. Продуктовый магазин за углом. Ставлю 10 из 10!
Cons: Вход в квартиру по ссылке. Но проблема в том, что в день заселения у нас была проблема с мобильным интернетом и мы никак не могли открыть ссылку и попасть в жилье. Потом поймали интернет и попали. Но на всякий случай имейте ввиду, что там хорошо ловит wi-fi самого аппартамента. Можно подключиться к нему и открыть дверь. А также следите, чтобы у вас не сели телефоны во время прогулки

Pros: Muy buena situación, a pocos minutos de la Sagrada Familia,y muy cómodo y amplio.
Cons: El olor constante a cannabis. El local de al lado debía ser una tienda de CBD y más cosas me imagino y se hacía muy incómodo estar en las escaleras y en muchos momentos en el apartamento. Por otro lado te ofrecen tres dormitorios en el apartamento y es mentira. Para acceder al tercer dormitorio tienes que subir al piso de arriba por la escalera y no te lo dicen hasta que no te cobran.

Pros: El apartamento está grande con todas las comodidades, el personal contesta de una vez todas tus inquietudes y te ayudan mucho. Esta cerca de muchos restaurantes, comercios y transportes. Mil gracias por dejarnos hospedarnos.

Pros: Apartamento excelente, tal e qual como nas fotos. Luxuoso, espaçoso, arrumado e perto do metro e paragem de autocarro. Recomendo a 100%
