Pros: The property had a lot of character but still had very modern facilities. The two shower rooms were excellent and allowed us both to have our space in the apartment.

Cons: It was a little unclear which floor, in the building, the apartment was on. But once we found it, it was never a problem again

Pros: From the moment that we walked in we were made so very welcome. We had a lovely and spacious apartment. It was better than our expectations. David the guy who entertained us was warm, welcoming and always willing to help, ensuring our stay enjoyable and comfortable .We were 3 people and had two seperated rooms.Comportable beds, well equipped kichen and great lounge area. The place was easily accessible and the location is great.the check in procces was innovative and easy to check in, they let us enter 1 hour before. Check out is 12 not bad.

Cons: The property has obviously in old building the floor are old tiled and the lightnings are poor old enough specifically in the two bathrooms. They left us 1 roll tissue for 3 person for the whole stay (3 nights). Unfortunately the sofa bed is looks good but it has a dust mites, we got some bites on the leg and It was very itchy the in the whole stay. No luggage storage.

Pros: Perto da estação de metrô, mercado, padaria. Local conforme anúncio, espaçoso, cozinha equipada. Informações para check in foram claras. Gostamos bastante da hospedagem.

Cons: Não achei legal me perguntar no dia anterior ao check out o horário que eu sairia no dia seguinte via WhatsApp. Não sei se é uma prática comum, mas comigo nunca havia acontecido. Esperamos também alguns minutos para o quarto estar pronto quando chegamos, mas a limpeza foi boa então tudo bem.

Pros: Ottima posizione, check-in digitale e disponibilità del personale sono i punti di forza di questo alloggio.

Cons: L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario ma andrebbe mantenuto un po' meglio, ad esempio avrei apprezzato almeno un gancio per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno.

Da consigliare soprattutto per la posizione

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, vicinissimo alla metro,a 10 minuti a piedi da placa de Catalunya e ottimo bar sotto casa ideale per la colazione. Dotato di due bagni abbastanza comodi( doccia un po' datata ma funzionale).

Cons: Appartamento un po' vecchio,da sistemare sicuramente il pavimento ma tutto dipende dalle aspettative .Per noi sicuramente è stato tutto ok

Pros: Apartament spațios, curat,camere cu baie proprie ,bucătărie dotată, amplasat într-o zona centrală, acces ușor la mijloacele de transport în comun, stația de metrou la 20 metri de ieșirea din bloc ,magazine,cafenele, supermarket în apropiere.

Cons: Baie fără suport pentru prosoape

Pros: A acomodação é muito confortável e tem tudo que precisamos para uma boa estadia

Cons: No caso,não foi ter camas de solteiro,fomos em grupo e duas pessoas solteiras que na qual uma ficou desconfortável. E tbm,o que não gostei foi de ter uma calção no valor de 200€ que não estava esperando,não sou contra a cobrança,mas de ter essa questão bem explicada na aplicação booking.

Pros: Location and size of apartment was great for a family. Near stores and sites to see.

Cons: Perhaps just need a drying rack for the clothes after washing and a few more towel hooks, but this is just a small issue.

Pros: Il proprietario veramente disponibile! È stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di rimanere in via straordinaria per un oretta in più per problemi nostri personali! Super soddisfatta!
