Perfect base in the Gràcia district

Pros: Great location, easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as several plazas. A comfortable bed, very quiet, with both dishwasher and washing machine.

Cons: The bathroom and shower are small.

Apartment definitely met our needs in all regards

Pros: Apartment was nice.. there were nice touches like dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, laundry pods, toilet rolls, even pegs to hang out clothes after washing them in machine. There were shower and shampoo as well as soap.. These little things make a big difference… there were even some coffee pods for the machine, salt and pepper and sugar… apartment was tastefully decorated with very authentic furniture and Ac worked great. It was in a residential area which did say tourists go home although everyone was friendly towards us and in turn we caused no trouble. would recommend to people who have good mobility.

Cons: The only thing I could say was the fact it was on the 3rd floor and all those steps were tough… however this is probably not an issue for most people..

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum, wiele lokali gastronomicznych i sklepów w okolicy. Klimatyczny lokal w starej kamienicy. Fajny taras. Dobre wyposażenie. Działającą cicho klimatyzacja.

Cons: Rozkładane łóżko nie wygodne (krótkie, materac wypracowany). Trochę czuć kanalizację w łazience.

Tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Barcelona

Pros: Eine wirklich süße und gepflegte Wohnung in toller Lage in einem sehr angenehmen Viertel. Geschäfte, Lokale, alles vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen in den Hinterhof. Der Aufstieg (kein Aufzug) in den 3. Stock lohnt sich absolut, die Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Park Güell und Sagrada sind fußläufig erreichbar, Zentrum und Strand mit der Metro.

Pros: I loved the location of property and we felt very safe

Pros: La estancia fue muy cómoda y agradable. Tuve un problema con él aire acondicionado que me resolvieron rápidamente. El apartamento bastante completo,cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora, secador pelo,etc...

Cons: A 18 minutos de la estación de metro más próxima, he de decir que estaban en obras en Barcelona y otra más cercana estaba cerrada

Ideal

Pros: La ubicación. Fuimos andando a casi todas partes y el barrio está genial. La terraza, con vistas a patios interiores y otras terrazas, pero con sensación de espacio abierto, muy tranquila y con dos sillones muy cómodos. Las perchas (había muchas) y la decoración era sencilla, pero muy a nuestro gusto. Había de todo en el apartamento y jabón y champú en el baño. Se agradece mucho la limpieza.

Cons: Un par de adornos rotos (un pajarillo tronchado en una mesita de noche y unas bombillitas dentro de un marco que no encendían); nada importante, pero son detalles.

Pros: Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la posizione centralissima della struttura, l’arredo curato nei minimi dettagli e allo stesso tempo molto funzionale, oltre alla splendida terrazza attrezzata che ci ha regalato momenti di vero relax. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff: durante il nostro soggiorno si è verificato un blackout che ha interessato l’intero paese, e loro si sono premurati di raggiungerci personalmente per assicurarsi che stessimo bene e offrirci supporto nonostante la situazione di emergenza. Un’attenzione davvero rara che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

Cons: Da migliorare il bagno, piccolo, non fenestrato e senza aspiratore

Pros: La zona molto tranquilla e vicino alla metro L3,piena di negozio e vicino a tutte le attrazioni.Ideale per le famiglie.Unica pecca non c'è l'ascensore importante dopo una giornata di cammino,per il resto tutto magnifico.

Cons: Nulla

Posto ideale

Pros: Posizione ideale, vicino a tutti i luoghi d'interesse. Quartiere vivace ma silenzioso. Bar, locali, market ... non manca nulla! Appartamento molto ben arredato e accogliente.

Cons: Manca aeratore nel bagno, materassi non molto comodi.
