Clean, comfortable and a great location
Pros: Great location in the middle of Born down towards the beach. Close to restaurants and cafes, lots of options around. Easy to get taxis and less than 10 mins to the metro. Super clean, great space and facilities.
Cons: The split double kept coming apart which was a little annoying when it happened in the night. The pillows were a little thin and there were only two, would have been good to have a couple more.

Stunning location, well equipped, very decent apartment
Pros: Centrally located, well equipped kitchenette, good shower
Cons: It was cramped and the threat of having your deposit not completely refunded put a bit of a dampener on the stay

Great, central apartment stay
Pros: Great location in Born Nicely decorated, airy and calming decor Great bathroom and shower Cute kitchenette Easy check-in
Cons: - A little dark - in many old town properties, this is normal - Bedding sheets and pillows could be higher quality for better sleep, the mattress sheet was too small and came off the mattress every night - Slightly inflexible process - the teams wouldn’t allow early check-in, the code only works from 3pm so I sat waiting for a few hours - can get a little noisy at night as it’s a lively area but I brought speakers with white noise playlist

Pros: Interior Design, excellent location and being allowed to use other BCN facilities to accommodate early arival and late departures. Easy check in. In the Barcelona public opem space system with many restaurants, supermarlet, metro nearby. Walking distance from beach and city center
Cons: Noise from bar in the street. Noise contimued till 03.00 in the mornimg every morning except Sunday/ Monday.

Extremely pleasant stay!
Pros: The location was just great, with many things to do within walking distance. It's extremely close to both the sea and the city center. The neighborhood also had many nice coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The place was extremely clean, and exactly as shown on the pictures.
Cons: We stayed on the third floor with extremely steep stairs to reach the flat. It didn't bother us that much, but it's definitely something to take into account with large suitcases or kids.

Nice place to stay
Pros: The facilities where up to date, clean and the location was great. People where very helpful.
Cons: The payment system didn't went true Booking and that's why it was a bit complicated. This place is not recommended for families with small kids or big suitcases because of the stairs (higher than normal) and the staircase was narrow.

Beautiful flat in a lively neighborhood!
Pros: Great little apartment in Born, a nice area in Barcelona. Everything you need is nearby, and its located in a beautiful street in historical BCN. The flat has some steep steps to get to (if you are in floor 2 or above), but it wasn't a problem for us. The flat was very clean, well equipped kitchen and modern appliances. The bathroom is small but in great condition, the shower, water temperature and pressure is incredible! We used the wifi a lot with no issues streaming films, you could work from this flat too.
Cons: The bedroom area is a little dark, but it's not too bad.

Pros: Sauberes und super gelegenes Apartment in Born, einfache und schnelle Kommunikation, modern ausgestattet
Cons: Die Treppen des Gebäudes sind sehr hoch und da das Apartment in der 4. Etage ist, war es mit Kind und Koffer sehr schwer zu erreichen. Hätten wir gewusst, dass es so steile Treppen sind, hätten wir das Apartment nicht gebucht, da unsere Tochter die Treppen nicht alleine sicher laufen konnte. Das Apartment war sehr teuer, was für die Lage und die Urlaubszeit jedoch normal ist. Das war uns bewusst.

Locatie in leuke wijk Born en luxe appartement met alle benodigenheden.
Pros: Locatie. Midden in de wijk Born. Veel te beleven met restaurants, bars en bezienswaadigheden. Alles is op loopafstand. De dichtstbijzijnde metro is op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen aanwezig.
Cons: Geen opmerkingen.

Pěkný apartmán ve skvělé lokalitě
Pros: Apartmán se nachází v jedné z nejkrásnějších částí Barcelony. V okolí je řada vynikajících restaurací a kaváren. Je velmi vkusně zařízen. Přestože je maličký, je znát, že při jeho návrhu se někdo zamyslel a navíc měl vytříbený cit pro design.
Cons: Lehce mě znervóznilo, že platba za pobyt a další poplatky neprobíhaly standardně přímo přes Booking, ale přes odkazy na neznámou platební bránu, nakonec však bylo vše v pořádku. Ubytování vyžadovalo zaslání všech ID e-mailem, což nepovažuji za příliš bezpečné. Je třeba počítat s tím, že do apartmánu vede pouze úzké schodiště. Osobně nám to nevadilo, pro někoho by to mohl být problém. Neumím si např. představit cestovat sem s velkými kufry. Koupelna je velmi malá, ale dostačující. Je zde horší odhlučnění.
