Pros: We had some communication issues at the beginning, but the subsequent communication was helpful and the staff genuinely tried to be accommodating. However, the check-in process itself is not intuitive and may cause difficulties for some guests. The apartment is clean, has pretry much everything one needs, jas a very nice location - close to metro, shops, restaurant. Quite close to the centre.

Cons: Important information about the requirement to send a copy of an ID was missing — for me, this is essential. Customers should either be clearly informed about this during booking, or there should be an alternative process if providing an ID copy cannot be waived. The communication with regards to this was exhauuuusting and very disappointing. Also, in my opinion, the second part of the booking process (and check in) is not exactly \

Pros: Excellent stay, everything was perfect. The apartment is well located, clean, warm and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The host is very kind, communication was smooth and easy. Access to the apartment was very convenient thanks to the door opening link. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very neat and clean. Easy walk to main Barcelona train station and to subway station. Felt part of Barcelona life. Easy walk to supermarket and other shops.

Pros: Great location, 2-5 min away from different metro stations, 10 min walk to the railway station. Very clean, well-equipped and cozy apartment, including AC in the living room + vents in the dorms, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Appliances were well maintained. No issues with the digital keys for both the building entrance and the apartment. The interaction with the Stay-U company was very professional and prompt.

Cons: 1. Thin walls with noisy neighbours, but this is cannot be easily changed. I guessed that they were actual owners within the building, since they would always wake me up at 6-7 am. It's ironic, because quiet hours are clearly mentioned in the house rules and on the accommodation page. 2. The bathroom could benefit from a mop (given the open shower's position), a fan/ventilator for fresh air and fixing the sink. 3. The AC from the upstairs apartment would leak onto our balcony. None of these are huge drawbacks, though.

Pros: We didn't have breakfast, the location is good, near the metro

Cons: The equipment could have a broom, a mop and a bucket, to allow cleaning up anything that falls on the floor, and the bathroom door does not close easily.

Overall really good

Pros: I really like staying here, it has all the appliances to make you feel at home. Location is awesome, right next to the Arena and a 10-minute walk from Montjuic. There is also a Tarragona metro station right next to the apartment, so it gives you easy access to all the main attractions within 15 minutes.

Cons: There was a girl/neighbour that we encountered at the building door when she was getting into the building, we were just behind her, and then she started speaking something in Spanish and didn't want to let us into the building at first.

Pros: Mieszkanie przestronne, w pełni wyposażone. Wygodne łóżka. Po raz pierwszy korzystaliśmy z aplikacji do otwierania drzwi 🙂. W budynku jest winda. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Firmą. Okolica spokojna, dobrze skomunikowana. Bliziutko Magicznych Fontann. Blisko do dworca, przystanku autobusu 46. Sporo sklepów i knajpę w okolicy. Polecamy bardzo!

Cons: Przydałyby sie dodatkowe wieszaki na ręczniki oraz deska do krojenia w kuchni, ale to już drobiazg. Dla fanów espresso jakies mniejsze kubeczki, ale mozna sobie poradzić z tym co jest.
