MH Apartments Tetuan

Pros: Very clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. It was also the perfect location to walk into the centre of town.

Cons: The Big roundabout does produce a bit of noise which can be heard inside the apartment.

Perfect

Pros: Everything is perfect: A big, beautiful, old style apartment equiped with all necessary. Location is great, all main attractions of city within walking distance.

Cons: Cleaning service is very noisy and starts very early.

Central and comfortabel appartment

Pros: Nice location and spacy appartment! Next to the metro line and a short walk to the acr de triomphe. Checkin and contact with MH Appartments was very good. No noise complaints.

Cons: The appartment has no central heating, so you will have to warm the unit with the airconditioner. Less comfy then central heating.

Excellent!

Pros: Apartment is very clean and very well equiped with all you need. Location is perfect - all main attractions are 15-30 min by walk from the apartment. Metro is right in front of the apartment and bus station is just 10 minutes by walk from the apartment. Host is very nice and his/her respond time was always within 10-15 minutes. All the recommendations for this apartment!

10/10. Very good value for money!!! Host is very very polite and helpful. Regardss :)

Pros: Apartment was very very clean. Also, very nice, modern and quiet. At perfect place of city, everything is very near. Infront of buolding is metro staton very good connected.

Cons: When is windy, it is a little bit noisy.

Pros: Wonderful location, so going out of the entrance of the house you can get on the metro or bus. The house and the apartment is really aesthetic and beautiful. The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are very convenient sleeping places including the sofa. There is pleasant and pure bed linen and towels. Additionally if you need the electric kettle request it in advance. Also I have to add if you prefer to sleep in the morning it will be difficult since there is a school under main windows and balcony.

Cons: Nothing However, we were asked to throw away the trash so when we’d done it at around 11:00 (check-out time) we weren’t able to come back home for our stuff since the key was blocked already. So keep it in mind that after checkout time you are not able to return if you forget something etc.

Location is amazing. Close proximity to sightseeing spots, restaurants and supermarkets.

Pros: The location is really great. Walking distance to a number of famous sights. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby and a metro station is just in front of the building. The apartment was really clean and we found it very spacious for our family. The contact with the hosts via email is efficient, they have responded quickly to our email. Map and instructions are ready in the lounge. The hosts offer to book a taxi if needed.

Cons: As per other reviews we agree this is a slightly 'noisy' building. There is a school located in the courtyard of the building so if you are staying in an apartment with windows into the courtyard you will hear the kids since morning and throughout the day during a week. It was fine for us as we were out most of the day but not ideal for guests who plan to sleep in. There were couple of things we needed to ask for (kettle and plugs for bath tubs) but once we asked this was provided really quickly. Coffee machine is available but no coffee pods provided. The check-in process is just a little bit time consuming (need to do both online check-in before journey and again in the building).

Worth it

Pros: Location very convenient. Metro station is a few meters away from the apartment, bus station is a walking distance as well. Few minutes walk from city center. Spacious rooms, has all amenities needed for a comfotable stay. We were a group of friends we spent a few days there and enjoyed the stay

Cons: The only thing we would have wished for is another bathroom. It was a bit crowded in the morning to use one bathroom

Pros: The staff was super friendly and supportive they provided us with early check-in and late check out. The location is very good.

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the main attractions in Barcelona. There is a metro station in front of the building if you want to use it. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby.
