Pros: Good and quiet location, very close to metro, grocery shops and Camp nou (Barça) stadium. Apartment has everything you need. Communication and response of Alcam was good and prompt (they responded quickly and spoke English, they quickly resolved one issue we had in apartment).

Cons: Apartment is on the ground floor, anyway not very disturbing as it is quiet location and not located on main street. You have to place 300 € security deposit for potential damage in the apartment (anyway on the positive side, security deposit was quickly returned to us after check out).

Pros: The apartment is nice, it's clean and neat and organized and my kids love it.

Cons: The main entrance has few steps away from the street, and we heard right away that there is person´s talking outside.

Pros: ME GUSTO LA DECORACION Y EL ESTILO DE LA CASA. COMODO Y BUEN BARRIO. COMODA Y EQUIPADA.

Cons: LA MANERA DE ACCEDER A LA VIVIENDA ES UN POCO COMPLEJA AL PRINCIPIO CON LA APLICACION ETC. LUEGO TE ACOSTUMBRAS Y ES FACIL Y EVITA CARGAR CON LAS LLAVES O PERDERLAS. NO ME GUSTO QUE LAS FOTOGRAFIAS SON DE HACE BASTANTE TIEMPO Y AUNQUE LA CASA ESTA BIEN ALGUNAS INVERSIONES EN MANTENIMIENTO SON NECESARIAS. TAMPOCO ME GUSTO QUE LA HABITACION PRINCIPAL NO ESTA AISLADA DEL RESTO. POR ENCIMA DE LA PUERTA NO HAY PARED. PERO ESO ES MAS CUESTION DE GUSTOS. ES EL ESTRILO LOFT DE LA CASA. ADEMAS HABIA UN VECINO EN. LA CASA DE AL LADO QUE FUMABA Y TIRABA LAS COLILLAS FRENTE A MI PUERTA EL DESAGRADABLE.
