Ola Living Paseo de Gracia

Fantastic flat, will stay there again if we visit Barcelona in the future.

Pros: The location was perfect and close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit and near restaurants and roof top bars. It is really a high end street with beautiful views of Casa Miro across the street. The flat was bigger than what we thought it was and very luxurious we felt like royalty stepping out into the street each day and coming back to the flat was a joy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen appliances very good.

Cons: The completion of the online forms before check-in was quite a challenge and I struggled to upload the downloaded pdf forms for each family member myself and as our check-in was after hours, was worried for about 2 days that we would not get access timeously. My office back home eventually assisted with it and we emailed it to the company and they then accepted it and provided the app for downloading with the security key so that we could access the building. once we had the access app, it was easy to get in and out of the building. The book-in process is strenuous but of course it makes it very safe and secure too, which we appreciate.

Pros: Pertfect location and wiew. Near all interesting point

Pros: The location is excellent, it is opposite Casa Mila. The apartment is update and safe, there are two digital locks ( front door and apartment door) with building manager. The apartment is spacious and quiet. The host is helpful for booking our taxis to airport and train station in the early morning.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and very spacious for our family of 5. Well equipped, clean and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Opposite the iconic La Pedrera!

Great place to stay for a holiday in Barcelona.

Pros: Apartment in great location to explore the city. Well equipped, clean and spacious. Access good – digital key good idea, was useful as there were two couples in our party. Communications from agent good.

Cons: Useful additions would be a set of oven gloves, full length mirror in bedroom(s) and instructions for the kitchen appliances.

Pros: Great location, you can admire Casa Mila from the windows. A few steps to the metro. Large apartment, well-equipped kitchen. A comfortable sofa in the living room, bedrooms with comfortable beds. Large wardrobes for clothes, amenities such as an iron, a vacuum cleaner, etc. everything needed was there.

Cons: The bathrooms seem old (or rather the shower), quite uncomfortable and small. The second bathroom also has a tight bathtub surrounded by a cabin, which is uncomfortable. However, this is not such a big drawback that I cannot recommend the place because the location makes up for everything.

Gem of an apt on Passieg Graçia

Pros: Fantastic apartment, great size easily accommodated pur group. Idela location close to Metro and walkable. Ola team were really easy to communicate with delivered extra cups and glasses that we needed as well as extra coffee and sundries. Doorman was very friendly and helpful. Hard to find an apt this size in BCN. App to enter the apt worked amazingly well had no issues getting into the apt. Some of us also just used the door codes

Cons: Could do with an instruction manual as to how things work in the kitchen, how heating and a/c work and some local o fo. Location of rubbish/garbage bins, supermarket and contact details

Pros: The location is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping; right across the street is Casa Milà. The space is quite large.

Cons: While functional, the facilities feel slightly worn and could be better maintained.

Indimenticabile.

Pros: L'appartamento è dotato di tutto, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Suddiviso in maniera tale da convivere senza invadere lo spazio altrui. Cucina meravigliosa. Ma ciò che rende unico l'appartamento è la posizione... l'affaccio sulla Pedrera, le colonne come sfondo della Sagrada Familia e la Passeig de Gracia creano un'atmosfera davvero suggestiva. 💯
