BBarcelona Parallel Apartment

Overall happy. Would stay again for the 2 nights

Pros: I loved the location. Different slice of barcelona loved the area. Easily accessible to daily needs, food and cafes etc. The place was really neat! Only thing was the showers ran pretty cold 🥶

Cons: Showers were cold! And no heating but the showers cold was the worst part.

Cute apartment in good location.

Pros: The apartment was on a quiet street in a nice area within walking distance of all the main sites. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. It was tastefully decorated and had most of the facilities we needed. A small welcome pack was provided with coffee, olive oil and washing up liquid etc

Cons: We were warm enough but blankets would be useful in winter months in case of a chilly night. The instructions for the hob were not correct for the one that was installed in the apartment. Some small redecorating is needed due to a leak from the apartment above. The hot water in the shower was very intermittent, would probably be fine in the summer but it was chilly in November.

Pros: Nice accomodation,edson was a very nice guy .would recommend.

Pros: Perfect location in the city, very friendly host. The place offers everything you need for a few days in Barcelona.

Pros: Nice with two bathrooms. Good location. Great introduction to the place.

Cons: Bathroom had two levels was risky. I fell as I slipped. But now I’m well again

Perfect place to stay if you like being amongst the locals - we did.

Pros: Location was great, quite central, and within easy walk of an underground station, and 10-15 minutes stroll to the harbour or the town centre. Some really nice places for a drink and food also close-by - supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. The flat was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, and the fridge was large.

Cons: Could have done with air-conditioning - there was a dehumidifier, which sort of worked, but it was really difficult to get air circulating through the apartment, as the front door opened directly onto the (narrow) pavement and road. It wasn't a big deal, as we didn't spend that much time there, and really, the overall feeling of being in the middle of a typical, and lively, Barcelona neighbourhood totally made up for the minor discomfort

Pros: The receptionist from the apartment (Gonzales) was very kind and helpful. He waited for us until we arrived. Also he answered to our questions and gave us info about surroundings and other tips. We liked the neighborhood, the walking distance to public transport and to center city. We enjoyed the little restaurants with delicious food near by.

Cons: The apartment didn't have windows so we had to keep the door to the patio open, for fresh air, so the bedroom next to the patio was pretty cold, a small heater would have been welcome. Also, the little bathroom had no shelf for toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) or anything to hang the towels. Apart of these shortcomings, the apartment was very good.

Pros: wonderfully clean, comfy beds and in a great location. also the facilities for washing clothes if you want to and the small outside sitting area.

Cons: It’s not a negative point, just a suggestion as one bedroom doesn’t get any natural light due to the absence of a window. A small lamp at each bedside would be nice and not as harsh in the morning as the ‘big light.’

Pros: l'emplacement et génial et les restaurants de tapas autour

Cons: cela aurait pu être un peu plus propre, parfois trop de poussière

Pros: La ubicación es excelente! Super equipada y limpia... Para 4 personas muy cómoda Es un buen lugar para grupo si estás varios días

Cons: No avisan que es directo a la calle la casa. Un poco ruidosa por estar debajo de un edificio y el ascensor pegado a una ventana. La persona que nos recibió muy apurada no explicó nada... Retienen muchos días el depósito en nuestro caso 8 días después de irnos lo devolvieron.
