Ola Living Diagonal Apartments

Pros: It was a very spacious apartment with everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and provided fast service. It was warm and comfortable, and the three bathrooms were a big plus—they really helped us get ready quickly to go out without having to wait for each other. We are very satisfied.

Cons: The only downside I would note is that the floor was not cleaned and was left dirty

Overall great accommodation but cumbersome check in process

Pros: The flat was great and had all facilities. The big bedroom could do with a little bit more light. No issues after we had access to the flat. Its an online check in process. Inspite of uploading the passport and card details, it took long time for them to acknowledge and send the entry text message. You will need to upload the app and use it for entry. We had to call them to sort it. If this had been a sleek process, it would made the experience better. Also there is a 300 euro deposit that they charge on the card which is refunded after check out. The location is great. Next to supermarket. You have parking next to it (david parking) for which around 20 euros per day. Walkable distance to la rambla and 25 min walk to sagrada. Bus stop at door step

Cons: The check in process was slightly cumbersome. There is a reception but without the keycode we cant enter the building so not sure what purpose the reception has

Barcelona is a beautiful city with beautiful people and great weather, we enjoyed it all

Pros: The apartment was spacious, it was perfect for 8 of us. The location is great, everything is close by - metro, bus stop in front of the door and a large store just 30 steps away.

Cons: Everything was fine. There were not enough coffee cups for eight people. We got extra when we asked. Surprisingly, there was no wine opener, we had to buy one.

Perfect location and a lovely balcony view — couldn’t have asked for better!

Pros: Lovely, comfortable apartment in a perfect city location, with a great view of the avenue from the balcony. Restaurants, parks, and markets are all just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay — thanks a million!

Cons: A couple of small stains on the ceiling caught our eye, but overall everything was great!

Cons: Getting a message at 1am while we were asleep that the neighbours have complained about excessive noise coming from our apartment and we went to bed at 11pm that night. I was told by the lovely girl at the reception that there is a different company that looks after the apartments during the night.

Pros: large space, availability of services, plenty of privacy, great for a group of several people needing privacy

Cons: a bit lengthy and detailed check-in, the apartment was located on the third floor but marked as on the first which caused some confusion when looking for it - but thanks to security it was quickly resolved :-)

Pros: Everything. The staff was super friendly, they let us enter the apartment a bit earlier than the check-in time because it was ready, and they let us store our luggage after check-out. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable: 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 single) and 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a balcony. It was very well equipped if you want to cook. AC worked very well. The location was in a beautiful neighbourhood in the Eixample area, nice buildings and lots of shops, not too touristy.

Cons: It might be a bit noisy sometimes, but it didnt bother us. I didn't like the online check-in process: it is quite long and exhausting, many steps to be followed and you receive many emails and notifications. You have to provide your card details and pay for the deposit through their platform which was quite high for just 3 days (€300). Still, it was a good experience overall and they transfered the deposit back a few days after we checked out.

Cons: No tea towel and more coffee pods, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs would have been nice.
