Fantastic weekend away with my daughters.

Pros: Excellent location .everything in the apartment was there from toilet rolls to hairdryer iron and cleaning material .

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Perfect place for visiting Barcelona.

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Gothic quarter. Most of the main attractions of the city were within walking distance and there are bus stops and a metro stop at the top of the street where you could also quickly and easily hail a cab. On the street where the apartment is located, we found plenty of small shops and restaurants where we shopped for groceries (although I’d recommend walking a bit further afield as the mini-markets were a lot more expensive than chains like Alcampo or Aldi) or went for breakfast/evening meals. The property itself was spotlessly clean and the fixtures and fittings are in good condition. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was good. We were a party of 3 adults and a teenager -the apartment was perfect for us as a base for our sight-seeing. The apartment is on a busy street, yet the soundproofing is quite good. We knew there would be some noise but it didn’t disturb us.

Cons: No complaints at all. I notice in other reviews that some visitors mentioned the smell of drains. This was not a problem for us at all in the apartment we stayed in. Due to the fantastic water pressure, the bath/shower was slightly slow draining so you do stand in a bit of water towards the end of a shower, however, this was certainly not a problem and the power of the water pressure was very welcome!

Family trip to Barcelona Loved this apartment!

Pros: Fabulous location in a great area of El Born 2 mins walk to metro or bus Spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens Comfy beds Very clean Well equipped Even better than the photos!

Cons: The only improvement we'd recommend is to provide instructions for location of air conditioning remote (it's hidden behind the kitchen door which we didn't close).

Excellent apartments right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter.

Pros: Excellent three bedroom apartment right in the centre of the Gothic quarter. Location is fabulous. Apartment very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: Can’t be helped, but only downside is no outside space so no balcony to sit on

An enjoyable experience in a centrally located spot in Rome.

Pros: No brekkie provided but touristy over priced cafes nearby. Location central .

Cons: Lift very small and old but great to have and understandable as a very old building.

The apartment was conveniently located for transport, restaurants all within walking distance.

Pros: Spacious apartment, very clean & comfortable. Good location near metro station.

Cons: Husband didn’t like the headboard in double bedroom.

Charming spot to explore Barcelona in comfort

Pros: Wonderful apartment in the heart of the old quarter surrounded by charming streets shops cafes art churches and near the seafront too!

Great trip to Barcelona, ideally situated in old part of city. Staff very helpful & everything there for long weeken

Pros: Extremely clean & everything there we needed for long weekend stay. Staff on hand & answered all questions promptly, great directions on how to get to property. Very good location as in old part of city. Able to leave luggage at reception

Cons: Some noise from other residents. Smell in corridor from? drains. Bathroom could do with extractor fan & mirror in smaller bedrooms

Highly recommend would stay again

Pros: Location was perfect for sightseeing walking and Metro line , apartment roomy clean , had lots of extra’s, washing powder, oil, salt .pepper , surrounding by great restaurant’s.plazas , small supermarkets, parking for car just up the road - went NOU Celler restaurant highly recommend cheaper than many of the others in the area superb service and great food and 5 minutes walk from apartment .Marina the host was excellent was able to check in early and she was on site 9 to 3 but easy to message if not there

Perfect place to stay at Barcelona

Pros: Great location in Barcelona in the middle of the Gotic area !!! Good parking arrangement with a parking lot close to the apartment the beds where very Comfortable Very good communication our host that also let us left our luggage after checkout

Cons: Everything was perfect if we need to mention something is that some light bulbs need to be replaced
