Urban Flats Park Guell

Pros: The location is great : 5mn walk to the metro station

Pros: The location is near to metro station and supermarket. The room is spacious, and well furnitured. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The room is generally very clean, but it seems there are some missed corners. For example, the covers of the nightstand lamps are covered with dusts and dirt, and it seems they have not been cleaned for months, although they are in totally accessible locations, and so near to the guests' night breaths. I had to clean them myself. Some of the equipment is already too old and needs to be replaced, for example, the coffee machine keeps leaking water.

Pros: I chose the accommodation so that it was convenient to get to the main attractions in the center. The accommodation is located right next to the metro, clean, comfortable. But the most important thing is the very pleasant hosts who helped with any questions. I recommend this accommodation!

Had a great time staying there!

Pros: The property was exactly the same as shown in pictures. It was clean, quiet, and easy to access with all of the amenities stated in description. We were there in hot weather so A/C was working quite well. Secondly, the doors are operated using an app which was quite convenient and you don’t have to worry about losing the keys.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The metro, supermarkets and restaurants are quite close to the apartment, beautiful view of the mountain

We had great time in Barcelona. The apartment was comfortable and we had quality rest.

Pros: We were 4 people. we are very satisfied. Two spacious rooms and living room. Very clean! Location is OK

Cons: The washing machine is broken (the door is broken). Be very careful with the hot water. If there are more people, the hot water runs out quickly and you have to wait quite a while until it is available again.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, comfy, espacious and it has everything you need. Internet is great and they provide you with essentials such as shampoo, soap, detergent, etc.

Cons: Location is not amazing, is far away from the city center, however, the metro is OK and it takes around 20 mins to get around. Hot water finishes after every shower so the next person has to wait to take a shower with hot water.
