Perfect location, very clean, lovely friendly & helpful owners
Pros: Location & the owners. Lovely bathroom and all very clean. Owners were lovely and very helpful.
Cons: Rather basic but didn’t affect our stay.

Fantastic location with a good size apartment
Pros: Great location within walking distance of many of Barcelona's main tourist attractions. 5 mins walk from the Airport bus stop (Aerobus) at Placa Catalynua. Good size apartment for a family (we were 3 adults and 2 children). 2 toilets which is good for a family. 2 sets of keys were left which was really useful. Hosts were really friendly and gave advice on local restaurants.
Cons: There was a coffee machine with no coffee pods available. Despite the apartment being very clean the Kettle was dirty and unusable.

Pros: The location is perfect It is very easy to get there from the airport, only taking a bus that runs every 5 minutes, and the bus stops in front of the university a half block from the property It is nice to say that the owners were waiting for us at that bus stop when we arrived The area is full of places to eat, have a drink, and a lot of bars and pubs for the LGTB community Also you can walk to the Gothic part of the city and the bus takes minutes if you want to go to the beach Our stay was short, but we recommend this property If you want a safe, clean, and good location place to stay in Barcelona

Lovely weekend in Barcelona
Pros: Hassle free check in process where Carolina was so helpful and full of handy tips. The apartment was so central and close to bars shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and had a lift which was great after a long day of walking.
Cons: Nothing bad to say about our stay

The host was very helpful. Provided a map with key sights and made great recommendations for dinner
Pros: Carolina met us at the front door with two sets of keys. She was very helpful and efficient with recommendations for lunch and dinner. Apartment was clean with everything we needed - coffee and tea. Strange smell in the kitchen though.
Cons: The lack of communication prior to arrival.

Апартаменты удобны для большой компании или семьи.
Pros: Расположение апартаментов очень удачное - рядом с площадью Университет (доехали от аэропорта на аэробусе). Связались с хозяйкой по телефону, через 10 минут она подошла с ключами. Погода была хорошая, наши дети не замерзли. А если бы был дождь - не знаю, где бы мы прятались, ожидая. Рядом - туристическая улица Рамбла, площадь Каталонии в пешей доступности, много магазинов, кафе, Обратно в аэропорт надо идти до конечной аэробусов на площадь Каталонии, примерно 10мин. Апартаменты чистые, есть обогреватели (очень пригодились, т.к. мы были с детьми, а пол из плитки в конце октября очень холодный). Два туалета тоже удобно для большой семьи или компании. В душе несколько флаконов с шампунем и гелем - очень удобно, когда приезжаешь на две-три ночи. На кухне было несколько капсул для кофемашины, пакетики с кофе, чаем, сахаром.
Cons: Пожелание владельцам - оставляйте на кухне сухие продукты для приготовления, если они остались от предыдущих жильцов. Нам пришлось купить пачку соли, чтобы варить детям макароны и суп. Мы соль оставили. А кто-то еще и приправы оставляет, растительное масло и т.д. - снимали в Риме апартаменты с остатками продуктов - очень удобно, если останавливаешься ненадолго и не надо покупать большие упаковки соли, сахара, приправ.

Consigliato! Posizione eccellente, silenzioso e pulito.
Pros: Posizione eccellente, appartamento silenzioso, completo di tutto. Carolina molto gentile e premurosa.
Cons: Peccato l’assenza totale di ripiani dove appoggiare qualsiasi cosa in camera! Sarebbe utile mettere almeno degli scaffali dove ci sono gli appendini per i vestiti. O di trovare il modo di farci stare un’armadio/cassettiera anche piccoli. Prese di corrente in camera un po problematiche , sarebbe utile che ci siano da entrambi i lati del letto.
