Interesting apartment in a quiet area.

Pros: Location; quiet, non-touristy barrio, but close to station, spaciousness, friendly owners.

Cons: Minor points: no lift.

Pros: Great location. Had a wonderful 2 days in Barcelona.

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary equipment. Located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the metro station Plaça de Sants. The host Angeles was very nice, helpful and gave us many useful tips about places worth seeing. A very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic.

Pros: The apartment was extremely clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking products like cooking oil, condiments and tea. A washing machine and dishwasher were provided as well as a microwave. Cleaning products and a clothes rack were also supplied. The bathroom was spacious with all toiletries available. The apartment was close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes as well as the metro and the main train station, Barcelona Sants. Communication with the host was excellent. The host was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons: Nothing. We liked everything.

Pros: Close to metro, close to old town and easy to find.

Cons: It had what we needed, however, it could do with some modernisation. A few changes will make a big difference.

Pros: Angels and Max were both helpful and nice people. Lovely terrace to sit on. Nice watching the world go by from the front windows overlooking the square .

Great location and lovely, attentive host

Pros: Location is a little bit out of the main touristy areas of Barcelona but still very easily accessible as only a short walk from Plaça de Sants station which takes you to most of the attractions very easily and quickly. The neighbourhood seems to be inhabited my mainly locals which makes for a very authentic feeling stay with lots of great local shops and restaurants to check out and slightly more relaxing vibe when walking around in the evenings away from the hussle and bussle of the touristy areas like Las Ramblas.

Cons: The apartment is very intimate so if you are staying with someone else make sure you are comfortable with them as all the facilities (bathroom/ kitchen) are basically all in the same room as the bedroom. The apartment can be a little bit noisy sometimes as the noise from the streets tend to echo a lot, also the noise coming from the stairs of people from other apartments in the building coming and going can be a little bothersome first thing in the morning.

Pros: An excellent apartment absolutely fully equipped for everything. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful roof terrace for relaxation. Less than 5 minutes walk to metro Placa de Sants and 10 minutes walk to Sants main railway station. Wonderful host sg Angeles who is so accommodating and helpful 😀

Pros: Great studio with terras on 2nd floor. Quiet and safe neighourhood, close to 2 metro lines. Angel is a great host!

Pros: The owner is extremely nice and accommodating; she goes the extra mile to make you feel at home
