Clean and convenient flat with a very attentive landlord

Pros: Nicely decorated clean flat. 10-20 minutes walking distance to most of the Central attractions. House has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Landlord Leo was very attentive to our querries. His reccomondations on places to dine were spot on. Also complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: Bedrooms do not have real Windows, heating or AC. So it might get a bit stuffy in summer or cold when the weather is cooler . wi-fi password should be provided without asking. Also beware of the extra charges that are written in small prints when you make the reservation or compare it to other available accomodation alternatives on map.

Pros: Leo was super nice and really helpful - above and beyond our expectations. The flat is nice and big, clean as a whistle and equipped with everything you need. We even got a welcome pack containing cookies, coffee, beer and water.

Very nice stay

Pros: very good location. The apartment has everything you need for a family with children. Leo was very thoughtful and kind.

Cons: the building is quite old. Sometime we heard people talking. But it was not disturbing.

Great apartment great host

Pros: Great area with nearby bakeries and supermarket across the road. Comfy beds, updated kitchen. Older but very clean bathroom. Good heating system with all amenities provided, the kitchen is fully functional - we were able to cook two nights with minimal fuss. Even spices were available. But the biggest plus for this apartment is Leo the host - great communication and went above and beyond to organise us a 1 pm checkout. And he provided the biggest and most thoughtful welcome pack for our stay. Thank you Leo.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything in the apartment is exceptionally comfortable, and Leo is an outstanding host in Barcelona. The location is fantastic, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Pros: Host was very friendly, generous of providing toiletries, Basic needs Like Salt, pepper, other spices, laundry detergent, Dishwashing detergent, Kitchen is very well equipped. Host gave a Lot of preebies Like drinking water, Beers, Chips, milk, cereals, Cookies. Location is near to Center & Everthing Like Supermarket, pharmacy, Parks, Restaurants, etc. (Walkable). Recommendable 100%. 😊
