Chic and Modern Apartments in Gracia

The house was clean and it has very nice decoration

Pros: The house is in Gracia and it was near everything. The metro was near and you could go everywhere, also I want that with my friends we were six girls and we have a great time because the house was clean and it had a nice decoration. I recommend this house. It was great.

Best apartment we’ve stayed in Barcelona: everything was clean, modern, and in a great location

Pros: Thank you for an amazing stay! The apartment was a perfect size and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Barcelona. It was fully furnished with everything we needed, including all the kitchen supplies, and the WiFi worked perfectly. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony – it was such a nice spot to chill. This is by far the best apartment we’ve stayed in while visiting Barcelona – everything was clean, modern, and in a great area. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back next year!

Great stay in Gracia during the festes

Pros: Standard of furnishings and appliances Clean and tidy Great terrace on the penthouse apartment. Lots of light and a surprisingly good view of La Sagrada Familia Wifi connection Materials for cleaning and cooking. Small amounts but good to have. Location is a little out of centre of town but is close to metro station and only 3 or 4 stops to all the action. Gracia is a cool place to be too. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Cons: The registration process - it takes a looooooong time and really tests your patience The automatic key system is great but NOT suitable for older people or technophobes. I had to be available to open the door all the time.

Pros: We selected an apartment with a terrace, it's located on the top floor. The apartment is very nice, bright and large, located in a good and quiet place, a few minutes from the metro station.

Cons: There were communication problems with the owner. We got check-in instructions later than check-in time (around 5-6pm on the check in day), and it was almost impossible to reach the owner over the booking.com messages, phone and email.

The location was perfect for us, please take advantage of being in Gracia - Enjoy!

Pros: Key was sent to the App. Was pretty staightforward - thank you for the technical support when it was required on arrival. The roof terrace access was stunning. You can actually see Sagrada Familia from it - still in construction. There was more space than we required, it will be very comfy for a family of 4.

Cons: The appartmnet was perfect for us, don't think we ever complained about anything. Well, there is always room for improvements - dinner table was a bit wobbly... Things like that. But over all - we had great time in that great place!

Pros: Отличные апартаменты всё новое и чистое полностью соответствуют описанию удобный онлайн доступ, только иногда замыкали входные ворота, но думаю это починят машину, по совету хозяина поставили на улице в месте для местных жителей простояла всё время без проблем, правда это были выходные, Куда планировали сходить всё пешком доступно, включая топовые барселонские локации

Tutto perfetto

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 2 notti in 5 persone, ottima posizione, si trova 3 fermate dalla Rambla, ottimo servizio, e check-in veloce perché avevamo le password per accedere alla struttura. Tutto molto comodo e pulito, consigliato

Cons: Potevano mettere qualche caffè in più per averne almeno uno al giorno a persona🙂

Pros: El depto es hermoso. Muy cómodo. Super amplio, muy luminoso, fresco y las instalaciones son tal cual lo publicado. La ubicación muy buena, y esta cerca del metro.

Cons: No tener respuesta por parte del propietario a consultas, dudas o requerimientos hasta después de irme.

Pros: Appartamento comodo,spazioso,confortevole. Posizione ottima vicino alla metro con servizi essenziali.
