Overall a nice stay

Pros: -Good location. -Nice, comfortable and clean room, bathroom and shower too. -The room was very quiet, but in winter time with the windows closed. -Good bed mattress. -The professionalism of the lady who brought me a radiator, which i used very little because -The room is quier warm in winter. -Reception 24/7. -You can leave your luggage in the hotel's deposite if you arrive before check in's time. -Prices are good for some dates, very high for other ones.

Cons: -In the facilities sector air conditioning and heating are mentioned as two different supplies. Well, they are not. There is no radiator in the bedroom, just a towel radiator (warmer) in the bathroom. With heating they mean that there is air conditioning with warm air. This is something that concerns a lot of hotels and in my opinion it should be concreted in booking's description. Aditionally, a few days before my arrival, i was assured that there is radiator in the room, which is false. I have to say that i was offered one, however attention to the information given to the client is a plus for every hotel. -Upon arrival i was informed that a subscription was compulsory in order to get access to hotel's wifi. Pros: One of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed in Spain! Amazing kind and flexible staff. Everything was so easy! I love to cook and have a fridge full of space for snacks and drinks too so having a fully stocked kitchen was incredible in a modern hotel room.

Cons: Nada

Pros: The room was always were clean and confortable. The space was okay for two people.

Cons: The space for the kitchen was to small. The kitchen facilities were not enough.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, great location.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was great! It’s located in a very nice neighbourhood- fairly quiet but well connected . The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day (even on Christmas Day which we did not expect) and the staff were lovely.

Cons: Everything was amazing and comfortable. We really appreciated the free tea, coffee and water in the lounge, but maybe a water dispenser would be more eco friendly than individual bottles which use lots of plastic.

Excellent and nice apartment

Pros: Clean room, nice reception,good location for those who like walking, good bed, payment by cash or card after arriving at the hotel. The possibilities to cook was nice. The air conditioning was good. We like it a lot! Thank you 👍!

Cons: We can't open the window,so we have a lack of fresh air,when we switch off the air conditioning.

Pros: Microwave in the room is something most hotels don't provide, this hotel has it, so it was a benefit for us. Also, the room was quite spacious with a table and chairs. Also, there was a kettle. The room was clean.

Cons: The street is quite noisy and windows are not noise-proof, so it disturbed our sleep. Also, the room had a Lilly odor in the bathroom, which was so strong that in the room it was impossible to stay. Though in a couple of hours it wasn't so strong anymore, though it could still be felt. So if you don't like Lilly, you wouldn't appreciate it.

Pros: Very modern and clean suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for our needs. Large, clean shower area with newer tiles. Good quality TV with multiple channels. King-sized bed was very comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Kitchenette has two burner stovetop, no oven. Great for making coffee and small meals. The train station, Gracia,close to the hotel is not part of the Barcelona Metro system, so you will have to pay a second fare if you need to go farther than Placa Catalunya. However, the Fontana stop is close by and is part of the Metro system.

Cons: Could have a few more items in the kitchen ,ie. More large plates, salt and pepper.

Good location and big bedroom

Pros: The bedroom was really big and the location is great as well.

Cons: The kitchen should have recicle bins and not just one bin. The fact that you have to give your email to have free internet is not good either.

A estadia foi ótima.

Pros: O serviço de limpeza e simpatia/ disponibilidade dos funcionários, foi exececional. As camas muito confortáveis, muito próximo do centro e de paragens de transportes públicos. Tem supermercado DIA muito perto e ótimos restaurantes.

Cons: Faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha ( torradeira, jarro de água, uma caneca extra ( éramos 3 e só havia 2), certamente se pedíssemos arranjariam. Precisa de um melhor isolamento, ouve-se barulho dos bares ao redor.
